Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location near major attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Many found the property to offer good value for the price, and several commented positively on cleanliness. However, there were repeated complaints about the lack of a proper reception, unhelpful or absent staff, and issues with service. Some guests also found the rooms and bathrooms to be small or outdated, and noted that the facilities could use some improvement. Overall, the location and value stood out as the main positives.AI-generated from customer reviews
