good location close to Venice, with a bus station in front, it is industrial area & not for visits. the staff are very nice specially Simona, she is very helpful and friendly:) nice garden
the parking access & exit system can be improve e.g. the location of the control tool! the access to the hotel through the parking is not possible at night & we need to turn around the building to come through the main entrance

Staff were very helpful with giving us routes into Venice and a route to get back to the airport. Rooms were lovely and modern with both a bath and a shower. Location was actually very good. 15 mins by taxi from the airport, and a 5 minute walk to the train to the station/bus stop. We used the train to get into the main part of Venice, costing 1.35 EUR each! Train was less than 20 minutes. Massive supermarket opposite the hotel and a lovely pizzeria. All in all, no complaints at all.
