Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Venice's main attractions. The service, especially from the owners and staff, was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, some guests were disappointed with the breakfast arrangements and felt the value for price could be improved, especially regarding payment methods and unexpected charges. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive for many visitors.
