Good location
Many times stayed in Park Inn hotels worldwide and never seen such a old and dirty room. Room was not repaired last 10-15 years probably. Spots on walls, table and ceramic coating in the bathroom. Super old furniture. Air conditioning is not working. Shower handle is broken and spoiling water on the floor. Disaster. I believe that if hotel requires to pay one of highest prices in such a small city (4500 rub/ 65 eur per night) for standard room than quality standard should be different. BTW pool and saunas are also not working.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. In particular, the staff at reception were so very helpful, they really made the stay extra special with their friendly and positive attitude.

Hotel needs renovation now. Nice and silent location in proximity to the river, spacious room and hospital staff.
Rooms need air conditioning, breakfast could be better, decoration of the rooms are outdated and needs to be refreshed
