The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable- the most important thing! The location is very good, area feels quite upmarket and safe.
The bathroom was really just the side of the room and shower very small, however it did the job. I was a little concerned about the door lock - very flimsy. You can hear your neighbors as there are gaps under the door, however again the building is old and is therefore to be expected.

Some shower gel/shampoo and full-length mirror would be nice to have in the rooms.
