Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was situated very centrally in Vasteras. Breakfast buffet was okay and the room was spacious with kitchenette and big sofa.
Due to many stairs and little steps everywhere it was difficult to arrange with suitcases and a baby buggy. The lift does not lead to the garage, so you have to carry all the luggage.

The area was convenient.
Not clean. No hairdryer. No A/C. Breakfast inadequate. The most terrible hotel I stayed in since the 70s. Definitly no 4* Hotel. Substandard.
