Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and unique historic charm, with many enjoying the beautiful building and its character. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being dirty or unavailable, poor cleanliness in rooms and common areas, and issues with comfort, especially regarding beds. Service was often described as lacking, with limited staff presence and reception only available by appointment or phone. While the hotel’s atmosphere and setting were appreciated, guests felt that better maintenance and more attentive service would greatly improve their experience.
