it had lights and a bed.
it was dirty, the sink was clogged, i could hear the neighbors bathroom fan loudly, could hear the highway through the windows.
Late arrival. Good reception. Clean room.
Location, close to shopping and food
My shower head was leaking very bad. I reported it twice and still didn't get fixed.
Staff was ok, other than that there is nothing that I liked.
Everything! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I've stayed in nicer hotels for the same amount of money. Pillows were square, like sofa pillows, wifi did not work, bad location, sketchy people who seem to live there, noisy and just bad. You get what you pay for.
If I could give 0 stars I would!
This hotel is awful. Driving home to San Diego from Tahoe, I booked a room the day of & was supposed to arrive that evening. I ended up getting stranded hours away from the hotel & called to cancel the reservation. They said they wouldn't cancel it & I'd still be charged the full total amount eventhough I couldn't get there to sleep. Thankfully, I was able to find my way & after 2.5hrs of driving, I arrived, exhausted, at 10:30pm for check in. The man working told me they canceled the room. I was never notified that they canceled the room & was told repeatedly they would not cancel it. To make matters worse, the man refused to give me another room, eventhough there were some rooms available!! I could not believe this!! After being stranded & having a huge hastle to find a way to drive 2.5hrs, because I was told I would not be able to cancel, not only do they cancel it without telling me, but they refuse to give me a place to sleep for the night when I could have easily found a place where I was stranded at!?!?!?! This is by far the WORST and most inconsiderate hotel I have ever dealt with.
Should just tear down
Too many drug addicts around dirty outside location was horrible rooms look old and outdated seemed understaffed
Clean, large room Nice breakfast
Out door access , Low security
