With a stay at Le Clos Jeannon in Villers-les-Nancy, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Musee de l'Ecole de Nancy and Place de la Carriere. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lovely location away from the centre, with a beautiful park nearby where I could walk my dog. The room was large and very nicely designed. The restaurant specially prepared a vegetarian dish for me which was very good. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was at the top of the house and was warm. 2 of 3 windows did not open. Luckily I had a fan.
Pros: IT was more then ok
Cons: Notice the adress...the same was into the city of Nancy
Pros: A really good 3 course dinner was served for €33.00 per person which was very good value considering the quality and the presentation of the food. Very good wine list too. Waiter was very friendly but we had to ask him all the time to fill up our wine as the bottle of wine was kept away from our table. I guess it was not his fault as it was busy and he had to do nearly all of the work on his own. I prefer to pour my own wine if a waiter is too busy with his work. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice though.
Cons: Breakfast was basic (coffee was good). The hotel is in a residential area. No shops or cafés found within walking distance. The bedroom showed evidence of wear and tear. The carpet was worn out. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom names were written on the bedroom doors with a permanent marker. That said I might accept the quality of the bedroom and the location in order to enjoy another lovely dinner.
Pros: Nice restaurant and breakfast. Very polite staff.
Cons: Water was cold due to an issue with the heater
Pros: It is a well appointed hotel in a good location in the suburbs overlooking the town. The staff are efficient and helpful.
Cons: We were informed on our arrival on Friday that we would be better on the second floor as ‘a group was arriving’ on Saturday. We were NOT told about the loud disco/party which continued until after 3am on Sunday morning. We were given a discounted price for that night but would have preferred a good night’s rest as we were travelling that day (being on the second floor made no difference to the noise in any case.) Disappointing, particularly as the hotel describes itself as ‘a haven of tranquility’. You would be well advised to check that your stay does not coincide with any similar event. An email to the vacationing owner remains unanswered which may be an indication of how guests are regarded by the establishment.
Pros: Very large rooms that were a little tired. I would describe this place as a restaurant with rooms, the dinner we had was superb.
Pros: The excellent diner in combination with the great location makes it a strong recommandation..It was after a long drive a relaxing expierence
Pros: Breakfast was basic and vey bread based but still nice and there was sufficient of it. Evening meal was excellent. Room large and very comfy. Parking excellent.
Cons: Lots of stairs.
Pros: An interesting building with unusual decor and furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower (though separate toilet).
Cons: Very warm night and only a fan to cool the room. Breakfast was disappointing. Very basic and no fruit available.
A stay at Hôtel d'Haussonville places you in the heart of Nancy, within a 10-minute walk of Place Stanislas and Musee des Beaux-arts. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Nancy? This hotel has 431 square feet (40 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location is very central and the room was well furnished and had a great view. Breakfast was very good too. In general Nancy is very beautiful and definitely worth a visit
Cons: I arrived by car on a Friday night and most streets were pedestrianised and all sat nav’s were taking me through those. This happened after an 8-hour drive and I was exhausted. I had to call the hotel to inform them that I would have arrived past 9pm and then they could have told me. The hotel must send an email with instructions; it’s cost them nothing and it would make our life so much better. Also no lift to bear in mind for those who aren’t super agile
Pros: Lovely historic building with a lot of character. Nice breakfast, lovely staff. You can book one of 2 private parking spots (outside but secure) a couple of minutes walk away. Very conveniently placed in old town. 7 rooms and suites only.
Cons: Was not overly take. With the decor of my Nairobi room. Celadon was lovely.
Pros: Among everything else, we may mention that the staff was very attentive and helpful.
Pros: The old building is marvellous, rooms are spacious, the location is excellent.
Cons: The breakfast experience was not up to the hotel level or our expectation. Although a high quality ingredients are offered, everything is slow and we had to ask for each and every thing like bread and water to be refilled...
A stay at Hotel De Guise places you in the heart of Nancy, within a 10-minute walk of Place Stanislas and Musee des Beaux-arts. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Pros: High price quality
Cons: No parking space, but it is in the center, we can understand
Pros: Really good localisation close to the Old Town. Spaciuos and modern bathroom, comfortable bed.
Cons: Really poor breakfast - only one or two pieces of ham and cheese with some bread and two sweets. In addition you can eat the cornflakes with milk. It was not a nice smell in the room at he highest floor. Cold in the corridor.
Pros: The hotel is in a great location in the Old Town. The staff were friendly and attentive and upgraded us to a larger room when we experienced an issue with the tap in our original bathroom. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and we enjoyed staying in a historical building.
Cons: The bathrooms look nice but are not very practical. The lighting was poor and made it near impossible to apply makeup (with the mirror in the bathroom being the only mirror). There is no lift.
Pros: It is beautiful!! The decor and the architecture is divine. Definitely recommend staying here. Plus the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing to dislike :)
Pros: The room, breakfast and staff were all excellent. Cute garden outside our room.
Pros: the old stairs, the decoration of the room and the location. also the staff was friendly
Cons: The bathroom had a smell. we had to close the bathroomdoor

Pros: When I go to Nancy, I always stay at this hotel. The staff is really welcoming, the room is clean and quiet and location very central. The railway station is just next bloc. La place Stanislas a few steps away and the old town near.
Cons: Rooms are too small for the price but otherwise acceptable.
Pros: Good access to station
Cons: Not really
Pros: Everything was very good, the location was excellent. Very good breakfast.
Pros: The Stay was good but the overnight staff was not very helpful. Apart from that there was nothing bad. Everything else was perfect. The staff during the day were awesome!
Cons: Overnight staff wasn't very helpful.
Cons: Everything was ok

Pros: Fantastic location and staff, rooms smelled lovely, nicely designed spacious rooms, awesome bathrooms with great shower, highly recommend!
Cons: Zero complaints.
Pros: Very clean ! Very helpful staff
Cons: Location good for accessing old part of Nancy but road quite busy and trams also so a little noisy
Pros: The staff who go the extra mile. The location. It should be said that there are parking spaces outside the hotel which do not belong to the hotel but which are free between 18.00 and 10.00. They cannot be offered by the hotel but are possibly available to guests.
Cons: The shower was not protected so bathroom became a swimming pool!! The breakfast at 12.90 per head is overpriced.
Pros: Lovely place. I was happy to stay there and people were really nice. Very cozy and atmospheric
Pros: Brilliant hotel, right in the centre of town. Fabulous original features, beautifully contrasted with new fixtures and fittings - firt time I've had a stained galss window into the bathroom. Really comfortable bed, fabulous bedding and towels, really well though out room layout. Brilliant views as well...little gem in the heart of the City.
Cons: I'd have liked to stay longer to be honest...
Pros: Excellent location, nice bathroom with a good shower and comfortable beds
Cons: It is an old building so can be quite noising. Ear plugs can be useful

Cons: Cannot think of a thing
Pros: Excellent location! Nice building.
Cons: Old decoration.
Pros: Location and service
Cons: All was fine
Pros: A truly Grand Hotel; excellent comfort, style and value for money. Hotel restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is lavish.
Cons: The lift is small ans rickety
8,3 Excellent (1 733 reviews)
A unique Pop Art hotel for an exceptional stay. Located in the heart of Nancy, our hotel is at the crossing of all the things you should see in Nancy. The Stanislas warmly welcomes you to a cosy, modern setting that will make you as comfortable as possible. A subtle combination of pop colours and understated furnishings are the key to exquisite nights in your rooms. The Cœur de City Nancy Stanislas*** accommodates you in its 43 rooms with a modern style and design, which beautifully combine with the special atmosphere of this hotel. Located in the pleasant and traditional centre of Nancy, the Stanislas is the ideal base from which to explore the city of Nancy's art, history and monuments. Relax at place Stanislas, the old town, the Palais des Congrès or the Parc de la Pépinière.
Pros: Great price and location, lovely, friendly, wlecoming, helpful staff, good breakfast, especially the bread. Room was fine. Free bottled water a nice touch. Bed pillows could be better but other than that a very good stay.
Cons: The pillows were a bit lumpy. I wouild always prefer feather-filled pillows. Nothing else.
Pros: Great location and great staff. I do not speak French and all three staff members I interacted with were so patient, kind, and helpful. Gave me great suggestions regarding restaurants, etc!
Cons: Ceiling walls are thin- so I could sometimes hear the folks upstairs, ie, coughing in middle of the night. So maybe best to stay on top floor? There is an elevator
Pros: Location was good, room was clean, most of the stuff were very friendly.
Cons: Room hasn’t been cleaned the second day (trash not been emptied). Lift is too small, so I haven’t used it for the 6th floor. Breakfast is too basic, at 9h stuff were missing. Few tables, available ones not cleaned.
Pros: In the city center, tram right outside, next to train station, located on commercial street, 5 minutes from Stanislas square. Amazing welcoming with complimentary water bottles, coffee/tea, cookies at a constant disposal. Big spacious twin room with complimentary cot for our daughter. Coffee/tea in the room too. Very good breakfast on -1 in a very cozy room. we would definitely come back if we revisit Nancy.
Cons: A bit small elevator but it worked out so not really an issue. Room got somewhat cold later at night so maybe there was something wrong with the central heating but they had a portable radiator in the room so we used that.
Pros: Pretty expensive for what it is. The room is old and small

Pros: will be fantastic when the renovations are completed (but that is no excuse to hike the price…)
Pros: Staff were friendly, place was clean despite building works outside the window. It will look great when the refurbishment is done.
Cons: Very tired decoration needing a full refresh to bring it up to standard.
Pros: Convenient location, clean room, close to several restaurants, recommend a visit to Hotel Excelsior for a great meal and fantastic service, just a short walk from Best Western
Cons: We booked at Best Western for location and their website said they had parking. That was not so, parking was some distance down the street in an expensive garage. When we questioned the staff member who checked us in , she was rude and dismissive, saying "its not her fault"
Pros: Good bed, clean bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff. Also the location is great for what we had to do in the city.
Cons: We had breakfast at the rush hour and had to wait a little for the coffee. Also, the price for the breakfast is a little steep ! I would have considered 11 or 12 euros per person reasonable, 14,50 is a little excessive.
Pros: The location is perfect. And the room is quite big and is equipped with everything we needed. I saw that they're having a renovation plan, and I'm very looking forward to the new crystal hotel.
Cons: There could be more food choices at breakfast.
Pros: Large room and television with two English channels for news. The location was convenient to sights, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Our room was fairly spacious, but the furniture and decor were all dated and a bit tired (particularly the hair dryer). Lighting could be better--we were there for a couple of overcast days and, despite the large windows, could have used brighter or larger light fixtures to see around the room. As elsewhere in Europe/France, I find the breakfast prices too high to be worth taking.
Pros: Good location. 10 min walk to Stanislas square. Bed was comfortable. Pet friendly. Had dog bowls in room with a small treat bag.
Cons: Room was very, very small although bathroom was good size.

Pros: A 10 % discount was provided for a nearby restaurant. Cake provided free of charge (while it lasted) in the lobby.
Cons: Stayed 3 nights. Room was quite noisy almost every night. Walls seem to be paper thin. Heard people talk either in their rooms or downstairs even at 2 or 3 AM. There was also noise coming from the lobby, particularly during the night, from people dragging chairs. The drainage system was also very noisy, as you could hear flushing or water draining from showers/bathtubs. Luckily I had earplugs with me. Definitely no value.
Pros: Excellent location and good parking
Cons: Breakfast very expensive
Pros: We stay here for this Christmas two nights. We like this hotel for its location and warm atmosphere. The staffs are very nice and helpful. They always there to answer my questions. Definitely I will recommend this great hotel.
Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly. Helped us figure out the best available parking since their lot was full.
Cons: Carpeting was very old and stained. Pillows were awful. Not much sound proofing.
Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was really nice too.
Cons: There was a humming noise in my room, which prevented me from sleeping properly. The area around the hotel was quite boring. No nice restaurants or bars. There was a cinema nearby though.
Pros: Well situated, in the centre of Nancy. There is a parking at the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, with a bathroom with shower and a bath tub and a kettle to make coffee and tea.

Pros: Very nice. Some fresh fruit would be a good addition. The coffee, breads and croissants were excellent.
Pros: Immaculately clean room and hotel. Very friendly staff
Cons: Residential location so not many restaurants to walk to
Pros: Clean facility and rooms with nice amenities. Quiet in back and soundproof, which helped with tram in front. Secure parking garage nearby included. Staff very helpful. Temporary park in front, or if arrive late and leave early could park at front for free. Beware tram passes right at curb! Close to city center 1 km.
Pros: The locations was perfect and staff was really friendly!
Cons: There could have been more choice for the breakfast but the pastries and breads were amazing!
Pros: All refurbished. Very quiet.
Pros: The location was good and they had secure parking which you did have to pay for but that is fair enough. The bedroom had double open doors and a small balcony which was good. The breakfast was very good value for what you had to pay.
Cons: I could imagine that it would be very hot during the summer, we did sleep with the double doors open as otherwise it would’ve been to hot.

Pros: The location was fine
Cons: The place was uninviting as was the initial receptionist. Although we booked car parking it turned out not to be available. Parking in the car park opposite the hotel or on the street was not easy. The room was basic and had a distasteful smell.
Pros: The staff been very nice
Cons: In rooms don’t have facilities to make tea or coffee
Cons: Underground Car park lighting did not stay on long enough and way out dirctions notices non existent

Pros: Like always everything is perfect. Breakfast was always good but now even better!
Pros: Location and the staff
Cons: Had to pay for parking
Pros: The Ibis Styles Hotel was convenient and provided a good base for an overnight stay in Nancy with parking. Everything was fine, though I have stayed in nicer Ibis Styles hotels.
Cons: The staff at reception were quite offhand and not very helpful or particularly friendly. I would not feel like staying there again.
Come and discover Nancy, a city of art and history just 90 min from Paris on the East European TGV train. Bar, 24 hour snack service and pay parking nearby. Place Stanislas, the theatre and the opera are within 500 m and the historic centre of Nancy and its pedestrian shopping streets are also close to the hotel. WiFi wireless internet access.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great location and great breakfast! The room was very silent and the bathroom even had a small bathtub. The hotel is very central and very well situated. If you are with the car, make sure to park in the floors -2, -3 or -4 are the Parking Thiers as the first floor is a lot more expensive. We still payed about 20€ for staying the night and leaving the car until 2pm the next day.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the bed was too small for 2 people. We didn’t sleep very well.
Pros: Close to the train station
Cons: Rooms were really small
Pros: The receptionists were helpfull. Good breakefast
Cons: The lift was not good. Not clean enough.
Pros: The room was not bad. The location was nice, because it was located within 1 min from Nancy station, and a good restaurant, a supermarket and some first food shops were very close. Breakfast was also nice and madam serving them was really kind and feel like real mother.
Cons: The elevator was too slow.
Cons: The room was poor or just not cleaned at all. There were still hairs from the previous visitors under the sheets in bed, there was a wiped stain of stool on the wall next to the toilet, sink and tub / shower area was also poorly cleaned. At check-out, we were not asked about our experience. Parking garage was right next to the hotel but was very pricey, € 35, - for 1 night parking.
Pros: Well located
Cons: No parking

Pros: Well equipped kitchenette, fitness room, pool, laundry facilities

I paid an extra 29 euros for 2 breakfasts and parking. Today I see that my Mastercard account has been charged £135.62!! This is a big error and I want to be able to speak to the hotel but can't find the number. Please help!
Pros: Nothing really, I mean, we've use it as base camp and was good as it was a point in the center of places we wanted to visit
Cons: Comfort was not the best, parking improvable and expensive, but as said, was convenient for the location
Pros: Appartement and building were clean. Parking was very easy and good value. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Poor lighting in the lounge area.
Pros: Friendly staff Parking Location

See hotel page At the heart of the city, close to the train station, Palais des Congrs and 10 minutes from Place Stanislas, The Originals City, Hotel Nancy Train Station offers you a warm welcome in a completely renovated environment. Here youll meet manager Eric Delpy and his friendly team. Behind its 1930s facade, this 3-star boutique hotel offers 38 comfortable and functional rooms, along with seminar facilities. An elegant setting steeped in history to be enjoyed by tourists or business travellers to Lorraine.
Pros: clean room and comfy bed. Ok breakfast.
Cons: Vintage elevator.
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: The room was small.
Pros: Convenient to station and price is not too bad. Room was recently painted, and clean. New bathroom fixtures. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Neighborhood is rough. Hallways and lobby a bit spooky. Elevator was ancient. It is still in transition - exterior signs still say Qualys - Hotel Foch. Recent upgrades seem hurriedly done - shower door had a 2-cm gap at bottom so floor and wall got soaked.
Pros: Everything we need was around the corner.
Cons: Location!!!!Nice hotel
Pros: The location near the town centre
Cons: Noisy room due to walls lacking soundproofing. On a business trip, I left one day early because of the noisy street (trucks in early hours) and noise in adjacent rooms and corridor. No manager were on duty on my departure day to let me know if I could be reimbursed the 2nd night that I didn’t use (or pay a penalty for leaving early). I was told to come back 2 days later after the receptionist would ask advice to his manager. 2 days later, when I returned, the staff on duty didn’t know anything about what happened and said no manager was there to sort it out. I had to insist to be reimbursed the 2nd breakfast and the 2nd night city tax. In this particular instance, there was a lack of communication between the staff and dire need of management presence.
Pros: It is cheap and it is in the city center
Cons: Bed was not too clean, but it was ok
Pros: very comfortable
Cons: the first day i came, i found a cockroach in the shower and the receptionnist was a little bit unpleasant
Set in the very heart of Nancy, this hotel is just 450 metres from Stanislas Square and the Museum of Fine Art. It offers guest rooms with a shower in their en suite bathroom. The rooms at Hotel de l'Academie are decorated in a simple style and provide a TV. Each one is heated and also includes a telephone. You can start the day with the continental breakfast, which is served in the vintage-style dining room. Breakfast can also be served to the comfort of guest rooms. Other nearby attractions include Nancy Opéra House and Nancy Train Station, both less than 500 metres away. You may also choose to walk the 10 minutes to Pépinière Park.
Pros: Good location very close to the old town. Value for money.
Cons: Very old building and facilities.
Pros: Excellent location, very pleasant and helpful staff and great breakfast - it was also very quiet even though we were close to the centre
Cons: Wi fi didn’t work in the room but fine near reception
Pros: It was a nice basic hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The location was very good - close to the main town square. Excellent value for the money.
Cons: Had to miss breakfast as it wasn't available until 8:00am !
Cons: Despite check-in hours listed on website, we arrived at door in cold rain to find it locked, no one answering bell. Walked to train station for internet to ask for door code...no answer. Phoned and clerk said they are closed on sundays till 6:30 p m for check in but he would meet me there in 15 min. Walked back in rain and waited at door. Due to all this, I could not visit the museum I came to Nancy for. Also wi-fi did not work, no one on premises to help. Budget is one thing, poor service another.
Pros: Near to the town the room was ok for 1 night but would not to stay longer
Cons: It says there's parking but only for cars not moto bikes. It's tired and the bathroom is survivable.
Cons: Problem with parking at streets over night. Underground Indigo Parking Vielle Ville Carnot coins or prepaid cards only when paying.
With a stay at Hôtel le Stanislas, you'll be centrally located in Nancy, just a 4-minute walk from Place Stanislas and 5 minutes by foot from Musee des Beaux-arts. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and luggage storage.
Pros: One single bed( not twin bed) open-minded staffs
Cons: different location b/w toilette and shower room
Pros: The cleaner is okay with his/her cleaning
Cons: The staff do not speak English and I was welcomed to pay a tax of 4 euro it was my friend that was translating for me. The bed was too small for two people, the toilet seat is already shaking
Pros: Location ... very close to place stanislas Staff is nice and helpful
Cons: Sound isolation isn’t great when people walk in the staircase
Pros: the location was near the center of the city, so it xas perfect to go out with my friends for new year
Cons: For the price, the room was small (that can still be OK, since I was alone) and the bathroom was a little bit messy... But what I really disliked was the lack of "darkness" in the room (the curtains did let some light come in the room...) and the sound insulation of the room: I couldn't sleep because of the cars passing by or just people talking in the street ! I went to bed around 1 AM and did fall asleep around 3AM !
Pros: Great location. Room small but clean.
Cons: Very basic. Bed was hard and frame at bottom of bed was broken; additional blanket was grotty; window handle broken.
Pros: There were hot water when taking a shower and that's about the only good thing I can say.
Cons: I received the wrong room (ordered a double room of 15m2 and got one with indeed a double bed but it was not more that 7m2 including the bathroom. When going back to the reception about 10 minutes after arriving, there was no one there as it was late. Ringing the desk bell (hoping there is someone in the back) got no one's attention so I spent the one night in that room. The next morning the receptionist said I should have called the phone number as there is someone working a night shift that could have helped. There was no information whatsoever suggesting that such action would make sense as the reception officially closed at 21:00 and I arrived just minutes before that thanks to delayed trains plus I had zero reason to believe that the phone number written for the hotel would bring me anywhere else rather than the reception that was, as said, unoccupied. In addition there was a candy wrap on the floor of the room which made me question the cleanliness of the entire facility. Bathroom is so old and so is the shower that looks nothing like the photos on the website probably as it was not the room that I booked. You can hear almost every closing door and every little noise going on in the hotel and the other rooms. WiFi was so poor that I quickly gave up on it. Luckily it was only for one night. Location is great and there were more than enough hot water when showering at around 22:30.
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly, they allowed me to park my motorcycle under the security camera at the front door. The breafast was adequate. The hotel was close to restaurants that were open on a Sunday evening in France.
Cons: You get what you pay for. A tired star city centre hotel with small rooms sagging beds and cramped bathroom.
Pros: Perfect location Friendly staff Delicious breakfast pastries
Cons: A bit pricey for its value Single room is tiny Good acoustic
