Pros: Great location and very helpful staff.
Pros: A hotel of character and individualism. Comfy beds with lovely bed linen, soft towels, varied breakfast with tasty breads and pastries.
Pros: Superb staff, AC worked great, awesome location close to all the old town sites & cafes/bars, nice clean bathroom with amenities, beautiful old building & very secure.
Cons: Parking is limited in the area; however, we reserved a space and it was not a bad walk to the hotel.
Pros: The location is very central and the room was well furnished and had a great view. Breakfast was very good too. In general Nancy is very beautiful and definitely worth a visit
Cons: I arrived by car on a Friday night and most streets were pedestrianised and all sat nav’s were taking me through those. This happened after an 8-hour drive and I was exhausted. I had to call the hotel to inform them that I would have arrived past 9pm and then they could have told me. The hotel must send an email with instructions; it’s cost them nothing and it would make our life so much better. Also no lift to bear in mind for those who aren’t super agile
Pros: The old building is marvellous, rooms are spacious, the location is excellent.
Cons: The breakfast experience was not up to the hotel level or our expectation. Although a high quality ingredients are offered, everything is slow and we had to ask for each and every thing like bread and water to be refilled...
With a stay at Le Clos Jeannon in Villers-les-Nancy, you'll be a 4-minute drive from Musee de l'Ecole de Nancy and 7 minutes from Musee des Beaux-arts. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lovely location away from the centre, with a beautiful park nearby where I could walk my dog. The room was large and very nicely designed. The restaurant specially prepared a vegetarian dish for me which was very good. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was at the top of the house and was warm. 2 of 3 windows did not open. Luckily I had a fan.
Pros: IT was more then ok
Cons: Notice the adress...the same was into the city of Nancy
Pros: Great little pearl in an oasis of calm...
Pros: It is a well appointed hotel in a good location in the suburbs overlooking the town. The staff are efficient and helpful.
Cons: We were informed on our arrival on Friday that we would be better on the second floor as ‘a group was arriving’ on Saturday. We were NOT told about the loud disco/party which continued until after 3am on Sunday morning. We were given a discounted price for that night but would have preferred a good night’s rest as we were travelling that day (being on the second floor made no difference to the noise in any case.) Disappointing, particularly as the hotel describes itself as ‘a haven of tranquility’. You would be well advised to check that your stay does not coincide with any similar event. An email to the vacationing owner remains unanswered which may be an indication of how guests are regarded by the establishment.
Pros: Very large rooms that were a little tired. I would describe this place as a restaurant with rooms, the dinner we had was superb.
Pros: The excellent diner in combination with the great location makes it a strong recommandation..It was after a long drive a relaxing expierence
Pros: Breakfast was basic and vey bread based but still nice and there was sufficient of it. Evening meal was excellent. Room large and very comfy. Parking excellent.
Cons: Lots of stairs.
Pros: An interesting building with unusual decor and furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower (though separate toilet).
Cons: Very warm night and only a fan to cool the room. Breakfast was disappointing. Very basic and no fruit available.
A stay at Hotel De Guise places you in the heart of Nancy, within a 10-minute walk of Place Stanislas and Musee des Beaux-arts. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Pros: The receptionist was extremly nice with us and our initial room has been upgraded to a junior suite, without any demand from our side, because we asked initially for two separate beds. Breakfast was complete and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel and the professionalism of the staff!
Cons: There are no negatives points for me, our stay was perfect!
Pros: Lovely hotel situated in a great location in Nancy. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. We stayed in a family room and had two queen size beds so no sofa bed for our teenager! We travelled through Europe and this was one of the best value for money hotels that we stayed in. I would recommend paying for the Breakfast at the hotel. It is bought to your table and the service was fab. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: A beautiful old building in the heart of the old town. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were absolutely charming. We would love to stay here again.
Pros: What a beautiful hotel. The inside of this hotel is just beautiful. The staircase the decaration the rooms were all stunning. The beds were comfy. The hotel was clean and tidy. There is parking close by we dropped our suitcases and checked into our room before we moved the car to park it up. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help us with any questions we had. The location is fantastic your about a 5min walk to the square.
Pros: Great location! right in the middle of old town, with dozens of 17 and 18 century mansions around and in just 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous Place Stanislas. Hotel staff is extremely welcoming and very informative.
Cons: Impressive entrance, large hall, beautiful large antique stairs but when we found our 'Classic Double Room' we were unpleasantly surprised about how tiny it is. Certainly as 'double' Modern design (small) bathroom works well but lacks authentic details, same as the room itself. The only beauty of the room is a big wall painting of Fragonard - initial reason of our booking actually. Breakfast is basic, all things packed in plastic or glass except for bread. Probably kind of new regulation for hotels (?) but makes it less personal.
With a stay at Hôtel des Prélats in Nancy (Nancy City Centre), you'll be a 5-minute walk from Place Stanislas and 5 minutes by foot from Musee des Beaux-arts. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Nancy? This hotel has facilities measuring 1076 square feet (100 square meters), including a meeting room.
Pros: Staff were friendly, the room was beautiful, location convenient. Easy to book the room.
Pros: Location, view, bed, bathroom, friendly cleaner
Cons: Great shower - but why no shower curtain? Why do I have to shower with one hand? No tea/coffee making facilities
Cons: Poor wi fi and hot water for shower
Pros: The location was amazing! We could walk to the most beautiful square of France! Or catch a tram to another area of town right outside the Hotel. The young man at the desk was very friendly and most helpful!
Cons: Everything was perfect. We did not have breakfast at the Hotel.
Pros: Good central location Paid parking closeby
Cons: Boombox noise from barbershop across the street that lasted all day, it did stop at 7pm but it is abnormal In the evening, lots of people on the street that can be heard (if it is warm and you have to leave the window open), so overall can be quite noisy unless you book a room looking at the garden.
Pros: Great room, staff and location. We got a free park out the front by arriving just before 6.00pm.
Cons: In the evening we successfully connected to their wifi but it said 'no internet', even in the foyer. Wifi worked in the morning but it was slow.
Pros: Great location great

Throughout the day, our restaurant and bar also has many gourmet moments in store for you.
Cons: Rooms are too small for the price but otherwise acceptable.
Pros: Staff - all very good
Cons: Odd smell of curry emanating from the bizarre barrier that seemed to have “serviced apartments” on the other side Dated and uncomfortable beds
Pros: The staff were very helpful
Pros: Clean and the proximity to amenities and sites. Great parking even though it was public parking
Pros: Everything was very good, the location was excellent. Very good breakfast.
Pros: Modern comfortable rooms, location near the city center.
Cons: No hotel car parking. No problem but please better inform the guests in advance.
Pros: Very nice staff, very comfortable room and bed, great location very close to place Stanislas.
Cons: Breakfast stops too early (9:30)
Pros: It is an okay hotel. Room was bigger than what I have experienced in France, so big plus. Modern room and clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly, although the night staff didn’t speak English.
With a stay at Grand Hotel de la Reine in Nancy (Nancy City Centre), you'll be steps from Place Stanislas and 2 minutes by foot from Musee des Beaux-arts. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: Beautiful building
Cons: The hotel is worn out..
Pros: Lovely hotel right in the centre of Nancy and surrounded by beautiful architecture.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Hot food as well as good supply of pasties
Cons: No extractor fan or opening window in bathroom. Only one pillow each. Had to park in public car park which cost about 15euros but it was quite close.
Pros: Comfortable good sized rooms and bathrooms. Great central location in the middle of Place Stanislas. Good breakfast in the main dining room. Great old world decor. The friendly staff could not make up for the lack of room amenities.
Cons: For a 4* HOTEL it lacks a refrigerator in the room. No safe? Paper cups for coffee is not acceptable, it should be china cups. Plastic cups in the bathroom. The air condition was set on 18 deg C and we recorded the room temp at 25! This is far too hot for a good nights sleep. We complained about this and was told the A/C Had been fixed, obviously not. The Wifi dropped out every few minutes. Not value for money. Would not recommend it to others.
Pros: This hotel in the grand old style is in a fantastic position right on the handsome Place Stanislas, which is traffic free in the summer months, including September, and full of lively activities, both cultural and culinary. The old town in Nancy with its adjacent park is very pleasant to wander around. There is a good choice of reasonably priced eating places and there are a number of architectural gems to be admired.
Cons: The room felt disappointingly dingy and the bathroom sink was badly damaged (cracked and chipped), so it looked dirty, even thought it was actually clean. We weren't staying long, so I didn't complain, but it should have been replaced. Probably worth paying for a Superior room.
Pros: Location excellent for centre of interesting town. The son et lumiere in the square of the hotel was superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good value. Room clean and tidy.
Pros: Situated right in the square with bars and restaurants all around

Pros: Great location, good value, very clean, helpful staff. Overall very good experience, would definitely book again if traveling with a group of friends!
Pros: Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was small but the bed was very big and it was clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of Strasbourg too. Highly recommended.
Cons: It is on a street with a tramline but this wasn’t a problem- you couldn’t hear anything at all at night.
Pros: good location of the hotel
Cons: Big communication problem. The staff at the reception desk do not speak English
Pros: The location......
Cons: Very small entrance and poor looking reception. Very small shower. No hair dryer. No free parking Couldn’t close the curtains The bed need some new pillows and mattress. If a bed is okay a hotel is making the difference!
Pros: The was friendly and helpful
Cons: There were a couple of technical difficulties that were a bit inconvenient. The staff acknowledged and appologized for the inconvenience. The room should have been taken off the active list until the necessary repairs were done.
Pros: Pretty expensive for what it is. The room is old and small

Pros: will be fantastic when the renovations are completed (but that is no excuse to hike the price…)
Pros: Staff were friendly, place was clean despite building works outside the window. It will look great when the refurbishment is done.
Cons: Very tired decoration needing a full refresh to bring it up to standard.
Pros: Very hospitable and friendly staff Outstanding breakfast
Cons: Be sure to check if the room has slanted ceilings or a spiral staircase as ours did That is not suitable for every traveller or seniors
Pros: The location is perfect. And the room is quite big and is equipped with everything we needed. I saw that they're having a renovation plan, and I'm very looking forward to the new crystal hotel.
Cons: There could be more food choices at breakfast.
Pros: Large room and television with two English channels for news. The location was convenient to sights, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Our room was fairly spacious, but the furniture and decor were all dated and a bit tired (particularly the hair dryer). Lighting could be better--we were there for a couple of overcast days and, despite the large windows, could have used brighter or larger light fixtures to see around the room. As elsewhere in Europe/France, I find the breakfast prices too high to be worth taking.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, very close to the station and secure underground parking. Only 10 min walk to Stanislas Palace. Highly recommend.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Very quiet rooms, lovely rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, great beds.
Cons: Hotel's website said Stanislas Square was close to the hotel. A 30 minute walk is not close. Slow elevator. No cereals/cold milk at breakfast., breakfast not included in room price. Parking not close to the hotel.
Pros: Immaculately clean room and hotel. Very friendly staff
Cons: Residential location so not many restaurants to walk to
Pros: Clean facility and rooms with nice amenities. Quiet in back and soundproof, which helped with tram in front. Secure parking garage nearby included. Staff very helpful. Temporary park in front, or if arrive late and leave early could park at front for free. Beware tram passes right at curb! Close to city center 1 km.
Pros: All refurbished. Very quiet.
Pros: Nicely designed room, with all simple things that you need, good parking nearby, pleasant staff. I had a view through the window to nice old school building on the opposite side of the street. Good value for money. Did not take the breakfast (option is proposed at check in), so can not rate.
Cons: 35 minutes walk to oldtown. But it was ok.
Pros: Very clean, very helpful staff, fantastic breakfast.
Pros: The location was good and they had secure parking which you did have to pay for but that is fair enough. The bedroom had double open doors and a small balcony which was good. The breakfast was very good value for what you had to pay.
Cons: I could imagine that it would be very hot during the summer, we did sleep with the double doors open as otherwise it would’ve been to hot.
Pros: Individual. Quirky. Good bathrooms. Good breakfast with fresh pastries and bread.
Cons: No air conditioning but fans provided instead.
Located in Nancy (Poincaré - Foch - Anatole France - Croix de Bourgogne), Hôtel REVOTEL is within a 15-minute walk of Musee des Beaux-arts and Place Stanislas. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is excellent value. There is ample parking on site. It is within walking distance of the centre of Nancy.
Pros: Location is awesome, you can go straight and will meet Stanislas Square. Service was very good. We had some problems with departure and front desk manager helped us a lot by providing temporary storage for our luggage.
Cons: Actually, rooms are extremely compact. For someone it may be important. Also, there is no ac or fan in case if you get hot
Pros: nice close to the center of town
Pros: Great as a one night stop over.
Pros: Clean and comfortable hotel just a short walk from the railway station. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Having a room on the ground floor I found the ringing telephone on reception disturbing at times.
Pros: This hotel will charge you for parking £10 also city tax £15, even though it will say it's part of the price. I left my medication there by mistake and contacted them immediately, to which they did respond saying they had found them. They asked me to pay 10 Euros for them to return to me. I transferred the money, yet they have not send them to me. I've messaged them numerous times and no one has got back to me. Great location though, but also near a nightclub so you will hear the noise into the night. Rooms were in the roof and very little room. Ok for just one night if you need to get your head down
Cons: Them charging for parking and city tax even though it says its part of the price. Also taking my money to return my belongings but not sending them.

Cons: Breakfast was very poor in choice and quality.
Pros: Good location. Own parking facility
Cons: Number of staff is not enough. No consierge service.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were SO comfy ! The hotel is not one of the biggest Mercure hotels, so there is not a big restaurant , but we still had a lovely meal in the bar. Breakfast was a really good choice of hot and cold food, and the scrambled eggs were the best !! Also after travelling to a few different places over previous days, it was so good to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. It's the little things that make a place so good !
Cons: Nothing not to like, it was all good !
Pros: Location is great with parking Good breakfast
Cons: Air conditioning wasn't working
Pros: Reception staff were great as was the location.
Cons: Honestly doesn’t seem like a 4* grade. Perfectly clean but room was very basic.

Pros: A very comfortable hotel. A really good sized room with table and chairs and an absolutely beautifully comfortable (soft) bed and a great bathroom and shower(s) in the bath. 10 mins on foot from train and close to old town. A perfectly chosen breakfast. Close to Market and 'Centre Saint Sebastian' shopping mall. Excellent WiFi.
Cons: Not a charming hotel and not in a charming street. Even the obvious renovations are showing wear and tear. But so very convenient.

Cons: room dated, air con does nothing, to hot, pull out bed was not made up no sheets or duvet even though we booked for a family of 4
Pros: Clean, good enough facilities, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Small room, parking extra at €10
Pros: Comfortable bed. Enough room for the time we were there. Close to city centre. Good breakfast.
Cons: Air conditioning was not very effective. Room key card needed to be reset twice.
Pros: The Ibis Styles Hotel was convenient and provided a good base for an overnight stay in Nancy with parking. Everything was fine, though I have stayed in nicer Ibis Styles hotels.

Pros: The location was fine
Cons: The place was uninviting as was the initial receptionist. Although we booked car parking it turned out not to be available. Parking in the car park opposite the hotel or on the street was not easy. The room was basic and had a distasteful smell.
Cons: Underground Car park lighting did not stay on long enough and way out dirctions notices non existent
Pros: Nice room good clean
Cons: Every was good
Cons: It was so warm that the aircon gave up. I.e. it was very warm in the room

There were still hairs from the previous visitors under the sheets in bed, there was a wiped stain of stool on the wall next to the toilet, sink and tub / shower area was also poorly cleaned. At check-out, we were not asked about our experience. Parking garage was right next to the hotel but was very pricey, € 35, - for 1 night parking.

Cons: When I arrived Marie told me my Credit card had been declined. The wrong card had been used. I immediately produced the correct card and all appeared to be OK. I paid an extra 29 euros for 2 breakfasts and parking. Today I see that my Mastercard account has been charged £135.62!! This is a big error and I want to be able to speak to the hotel but can't find the number. Please help!
Pros: The room is ok for 1 or 2 people it has everything you need
Cons: It says its 5 mins walk from the centre - a complete lie. Its 14 mins walk to it I would not have booked the room if it was so far out. the room was ok, location was a little out if you are only there for 1 night. The most annoying thing is the room took 150 euros, which 2 weeks before I arrived. it does not state this on booking.com they say this is for breakages and I would get it back when I left. I left this morning and still not got it back

Pros: Excellent location, very pleasant and helpful staff and great breakfast - it was also very quiet even though we were close to the centre
Cons: Wi fi didn’t work in the room but fine near reception
Pros: Breakfast consisted of bread roll, yoghurt, tea or coffee and orange juice. That's it.
Cons: Electricity went off twice the 1st day, and again the last night. Main door was electronically opened after 2200, and had to call the owner to help get us in, no staff on site. I had French friends for help.Had to ask for extra towel. Room was for 2, but made for 1. No WiFi due to "technical issues".
Pros: It was a nice basic hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The location was very good - close to the main town square. Excellent value for the money.
Pros: The hotel does not have elevator and has tricky round staircase. So it is very difficult to take the luggage to the rooms. Also there was a weird smell of the cleaning material in the passages
Cons: Had to miss breakfast as it wasn't available until 8:00am !
Pros: Near to the town the room was ok for 1 night but would not to stay longer
Cons: It says there's parking but only for cars not moto bikes. It's tired and the bathroom is survivable.
Cons: Problem with parking at streets over night. Underground Indigo Parking Vielle Ville Carnot coins or prepaid cards only when paying.

Pros: The location is perfect! It is located in the city center which we could easily walk 2 minutes to visit the cathedral. Many restaurants and shops are nearby.

Cons: Room was a bit tiny - but that seems to be the case very often in France.
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly, they allowed me to park my motorcycle under the security camera at the front door. The breafast was adequate. The hotel was close to restaurants that were open on a Sunday evening in France.
Cons: You get what you pay for. A tired star city centre hotel with small rooms sagging beds and cramped bathroom.
