Great location

Great location, spacious room and nice rooftop pool.

Reception staff were very rude and not helpful. Pool area could have been cleaner - tables needed cleaning etc. Buffet dinner could have been a lot better-not much selection and food wasn’t particularly warm. Felt rushed to leave the dining room too.

The room are basic but good, bathroom working well. Hotel looks a bit old and would need a refresh the staff was nice overall Breakfast was not bad but a few improvement to make commented below the pool on the roof terrace is very nice with a great view Paid parking available but due to stupid people who don't know how to park it can be a nightmare to get your space back, though I could still park inside.

Breakfast: organisation is not so good. 2 turns of 1hr only to have breakfast is not enough. There were huge queues at the weekend. 2 waiters are not enough to serve breakfast. No butter available, only margarina is a bit bad for a 4 star hotel Scrambled eggs were tasteless. It seemed it was beaten eggs with water. Mess at the parking. someone took my car space, had to park in someone else that then complained also. the hotel was lost in who should park where, considering they only have 35 spaces, they should have a register where to check which car belongs to whom...

Always enjoy, breakfast needs more...

Feels strange to cue up for everything but all was ok, and many things to choose between. Its Covid times and hotell worked good. In the future will book apartment and better food.. Rooms need an freshup, to old specially bath room. After Covid hopefully it will happen. Excellent pool area on the roof with an fantastic view

We loved the Breakfast there, a bit of everthing, Dinner was okay ,a selection for all tastes. The top swimming pool is great.

We were given a room on the 5th floor that smelled a bit of drains , even if the cleaner poured bleach down the drainage in bath and wash basin., but we complained and it was changed the next day to a better superior room.

4 piece bathroom

Smell of a sewer in bedroom , both days from around 4 pm till 8 pm the reception sent up housekeeper to spray the bedroom with fresh air spray, sadly I don't know which smell was more noxious, got a sore throat after it. We had to open the door to the terrace and let some fresh air in. That helped somewhat, but we moved on. As 2 days was enough there.

Beds were very comfy, the roof top terrace was excellent , excellent value, staff were helpful but food was only standard a lot of improvements could be done to make it better then I would definitely return .. only let down by the food on an evening

Wonderful roof terrace with a bar, pool, sun beds and parasols. Excellent easy access to the beach and a good choice of restaurants.

The restaurant can be a little crowded at peak breakfast times.

Food could have been more "spanish" and have more flavour, maybe the elderly quests, who were a clear majority here, enjoyed this style more.

Cleaning staff excellent , reception staff not a welcoming attitude. Breakfast very good choice and well organised, food very good. Dinner only had once but would not eat there again.

Bar does not have any atmosphere, and outside of happy hour was expensive.

Hotel for pensioners from England and Germany, that is not yet something bad because of low prices. Good breakfast with excellent coffe but terrible juices, supper mixed, old building for sure not deserving four stars, nice rooftop with beatiful view and swimming pool. To sum up - too little for exquisite holidays.

It was very close to the beach and had a balcony ( even if it did look out onto the recycling!!!).

The rooms are very tired and in desperate need of modernising. Beds tiny and balcony door didn’t lock or open and close properly. There was also a terrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom.

This is in the best location if you want to be in the heart of Carihuela. The roof top space is wonderful for some winter sunshine. The rooms are average comfort with an over bath shower which may be problematic for the less mobile. Bar prices expensive compared with local prices. We took lunch instead of dinner but very poor selection and no great flavours. Bed and breakfast is the best choice here as there is so much to choose from on the doorstep.

Location of this hotel is good. Surrounded by lots of little local restaurants and bars just one block back off beach front. These places had good food, wine and cocktails and were reasonable. Little more atmosphere and good value if you step away from beach front by a minute. Coffee decent and food was OK, a little hit and miss on some dishes but enough choice to get you something. Poor service in both restaurant and especially in the bar. Bar staff were not attentive in any way both downstairs and on roof top. Shame as hotel had happy hour but service was poor so gave it a miss and went to nearby bar where cocktails were super.

Service from staff not so good. Beds were sagging in middle but room was spacious and functional. Nice balcony and paid for sea view.

The hotel manager helpful and answered to all our questions and demands. The location in great, near to the beach, great breakfast and dinner setups.

Great location close to the beach. Good value for the money. No kids, adults only.

No gym or fitness center.

The food, both breakfast and dinner was very good. The restaurant was clean and there were no flies.

The waiting staff in the restaurant were either friendly, or not so friendly. All other hotel staff were 100% friendly.

I love the location so close to the front & shops & restaurants of carahuella. The junior suites are so spacious & light with a mini fridge & good sized bathroom.

The 1st floor room had a very small balcony looking over the ground floor pool & bar which could be quite noisy.

The staff were very nice and the food choice excellent.

I booked a junior suite and I didn’t feel it was a suite. I did not like the steps down to the seating area and the balcony too small. My sister booked an ordinary room and it had a bigger balcony and was much nicer.

Receptie not very helpfull, who is client and who is staff !!!! They may be little more polite tho the people who pay for the Hotel. De guy at Reception was not happy isf you ask him something, maybe he dont like the Job. A small friendly answer would be nice

Brilliant location. Great breakfast selection although queue for coffee and tea was long at times. Beautiful and well maintained roof pool area with spectacular scenery and views.

Although we were upgraded upon our arrival to a recently renovated room the bathroom was a little worn and the shower attachment in the bath dated and loose. Poorly located WC made it extremely difficult to sit on the loo properly especially for us being tall. Poor use of space for a larger room. No coffee and tea making facilities which we found unacceptable.

Good location, first rate staff, good variety of food at mealtimes.

View from my balcony was 10 over filled bins every evening and people rooting through them retrieving some items. Disgusting view

Location was very central, rooftop pool area is lovely, good food and very clean.

Rooms were pretty basic, but they were clean.
