I asked for an extra pillow because I'm used to fluffy bigger pillows but did not get one.
Location was great
Bed was quite soft and pillows were thin
Breakfeast - Standard / Normal Location - good for rail transport
Size of room - very small for 2 people. Bathroom - OK, but not applicable for old people. We had to climb into the bath tub to have a shower.ame as above
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Whilst the location was fairly central, there wasn't much happening around the hotel as It was predominantly a residential neighbourhood.
Location was great, next to two main metro lines for easy access to the entire city. WiFi was decent as were the shower facilities.
The rooms were very small and the bedsheets and duvets were just turned over, not swapped out for clean ones. Pillows were poor and a step above cardboard. We're not sure that we hadn't received some bites from insects while there. There was what looked like a small bloodstain on the wall as well. Toilet was shoved against a wall and was awkward to use. The dimmer light switch was broken.
