Pros: Fresh modern design and great location with beachfront. Hotel Connected to the SPA. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Trendy interior design. Dog-friendly.
Cons: Reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. To be a hotel guest, does not automatically mean that there is a table for dinner available. Room had a draft and was a bit cold.
Pros: Located directly at the Seebrücke and in close distance to the city center.
Cons: Beach view rooms to the right of the building are facing directly towards the Dünen Therme building / facilities.

Pros: A newly renovated, Family run hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: I have missed a balcony or outdoor seating to enjoy the view & the sun (there might be more options in the Summer). Also facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee would have been nice. My room was located directly above the kitchen which was noisy when the restaurant was open in the evening.

Pros: Was great...,really..
Pros: We went there for a night on christmas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior was basically brand new, they just redid the place this year and added some great features like the infrared heating and a very quiet fridge ;) Overall we had an enjoyable stay and a great breakfast!
Pros: Hotel was new so rooms were clean
Cons: Half of the hotel was still under construction. During late checkin there was no personel at the hotel and our cards did not work! Hotel does not have an emergency number so late checkin is not recommended!
Cons: No Ocean view
Pros: It was very clean and in a good location.
Cons: The price was very high for a quite basic situation. There was no coffee available in the room. Our booking.com reservation said breakfast was not included, but the invoice claimed breakfast was included (after we had already not eaten). The town is lovely, but there are many many other places to stay and when we go back, I will choose a different one!
Cons: location full renovated, furniture and small kitchen in the hotel room

Pros: Breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choices. Service fantastic. And cleaners finished room already when we returned from breakfast. Own pot of coffee was provided at breakfast table and always offered more. We loved the room with balcony. Bakery and bike hire next door. Staff was just lovely, professional and elpful. Rooms modern and clean and comfy. Hotel also has a saecure bike cage to keep hired bikes safe.
Cons: If busy car park at the back of the property can become a slight problem, but only if there are people/idiots taking two car parks for one car.
Pros: Room service was very quick and thorough. Breakfast was amazing. Big variety and very yummy. Got fresh pots of coffee all the time to ourselves. Bike hire and bakery next door, but petrol station bike hire around the corner and cheaper with more bikes again.. We had the room upstairs with balcony which is a bonus. Very friendly staff made us feel welcomed.
Cons: Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Bed was good.
Cons: Room too small for the amount of furniture quashed in. Room was overprized considering size of room and bathroom.
Pros: The breakfast is amazing! Great spread of meats, muesli, yogurts, juices, coffee, gourmet tea, and warm dishes! For two of us we payed around 90euros for a night in a spacious room with clean bathroom and the breakfast was included! The staff was especially excited to hear I was from Canada. Apparently I was the first! Very on top staff that give great service. There is a also a warm and comfortable public lounge to stay in on those exceptionally cold days.
Pros: It was comfortable, had parking, was nicely decorated and furnished. The atmosphere was friendly.
Cons: I could have used another towel. Otherwise nothing to not like.
Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, super and fair priced breakfast

Pros: Large rooms with very comfortable beds, nice lounge area, huge walk-in cupboard, nice bathroom with tub and towel warmer! Extraordinary breakfast that left nothing to wish for, including choco-marshmallows and Kindermilchschnitte! Any type of eggs were freshly prepared in front of you and you can bake your own fresh waffles! Excellent Spa with a good sized pool available from as early as 7 in the morning - extra bonus. Hotel is quite remote, but bus stop is 5min walk, hourly in the summer, every two hours in the winter, beach is a good 30min walk, but that is part of the fun. Hotel also has bikes for rent at 7 Euro a day and they are in good working order. All in all a fantastic place!
Cons: Room can not be locked from the inside.
Pros: The breakfast selection was excellent. High food quality and the variety of bred and buns was outstanding.
Pros: Breakfast was lit!
Cons: Many small things. Definitely not worth 5 stars. Communication for getting a wellness-application was a mess. Not answering to mails, not available at te facility on-site, receptionist told us to try it later for 3 times.. in the end we didn’t get anything. Most of the electronic devices like tv, phone and hairdryer seemed to be relicts of another century. No shelf in the shower-cabin.
Pros: We stayed in a junior Suite during the easter holidays. The rooms are enormous, almost to large. They include a walk-in closet, a coffee machine an electric kettle as well as a compact choice of teas and coffees. Furniture and factilies are good, the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly, albiet rather dry. Breakfast was good and varied. The Cocktails acceptable. We also had the chance to try the massages. The spa rooms are ok, but a little lackluster. The massage was ok and the price acceptable. The hotel is located between Bad and Dorf. Both locations can be reached perfectly on foot (15-20Min walk). Kudos for the amount of parking spaces. Not to be taken for granted in Sankt Peter Ording.
Cons: Compared to the competition this hotel lacks the love and attention to detail that has come to be standard practice of many hotels in the area. Altough breakfast was good, the products and quality often lacked consistency. There was an eggstation that seemed to be perpetually empty. The rooms are bright and coloured but boring. We had a large balcony furnished with two plastic chairs and a small table. A litte below standard for this kind of hotel. The check-in experience was particularly German. We were briefly and dryly welcomed. Subsequently we were presented with our room key and an oral list of the amenities of the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and the location in SPO superb.
Cons: We booked the apartment, it had a very tiny bathroom.
Pros: Appreciated having a safe place for bicycles. Great location, less than a block from the beach. Located on very quiet side street.
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Some rooms are in a separate house and I was lodged on the second floor there, up a steep, creaky staircase. It was completely open and could not be locked. Very strange and unpleasant, especially during the night, but also during the day I kept having to make the decision whether to leave PC and photo equipment there or take it with me every time I left the building. There was no wi-fi, and neither CNN nor BBC World on the TV (which was not really functioning anyway). How long can German hotels (and booking-com) keep getting away with tricking us into booking with them by claiming they have wi-fi and then when you get there, they don’t, or only in some spots, and all you get is a shrug? Perhaps I’ll just stop travelling within Germany till this country finally decides to join the rest of the western world in the 21st century.
Pros: Excellent location, great anf friendly staff, really good breakfast!
Pros: Top location; delicious breakfast and very friendly staff.

Bicycle hire is available just 100 metres away. Das Strandhaus is a 12-minute walk from Bad St. Peter-Ording Train Station.
Pros: Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, excellent breakfast and easy to reach without a car. The beach is a short walk away and the beach town is a 15 min walk on a bike path beside beautiful grasses. A magical place. I highly recommend it
Cons: The carpet in the rooms
Pros: Very nice hotel close to the entrance to the wonderful beach. I liked the interior decor so much. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Private parking opposite the hotel.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
Pros: Very welcoming and friendly hotel staff. The rooms were clean and very comfy. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall it was a very nice stay.
Cons: Really nothing
Pros: Staff was great Relaxed athmosphere Close to the beach
Cons: The hotel is closed after 5 so you need to collect the key from a box The sheets on the bed are a bit old and don't feel clean (they probably are).
Pros: The hosts were so welcoming, particularly to a solo American traveller who spoke barely any German. The hotel room was very clean and the entire building was very cute/quaint with a delicious cafe on grounds and a little shop with all kinds of clothes, trinkets and other wares. They even did my laundry for me one day and it was folded nicely on my bed when I returned from exploring. I would recommend this place to anyone going to SPO...particularly for a couple, solo traveller or a "girls trip."

Pros: The pool area was great. Breakfast was very Good. The view to the sea side from balkony.
Cons: The construction work disturbed, the view from THE balkony included a building Crane. We din’t know there was construction work going on when we booked the hotel.
Pros: Quiet central location
Cons: Bio sauna- with no knowledge of German, how were we to know it was for nudists
Pros: Great location and decent breakfast.
Cons: First room had been smoked in, we were lucky enough to be able to switch rooms. Next room was also in the old part of the hotel - which apparently will be completely remodeled this year (mind you, sold at the same price as newer rooms!). Pictures online and in here definitely only show the nice and new rooms. Bathroom already starting to mold! Shower rack rusty and unclean, shower curtain hasn’t been changed or washed in ages. Location is great but really didn’t make up for the aged rooms; price value on this far less then what I’d expect at such an expensive hotel. I then rather walk a little bit get something new and clean for my money. When asked at the end of the stay whether we were content staff handled it ok but not very understanding; again pointing out they would remodel that part of the hotel. Well great - that doesn’t really help me right? I will definitely not return to stay. PS: still made us pay the parking fee / would have been decent to at least wave that away after the complaint regarding mold in our room - customer service...
Pros: Location is OK, not great really, as one could think or expect. Sauna is OK.
Cons: First, bear in mind that I could not cancel some rooms of the booking right in advance and started to negotiate any solution like the cancellation of cancellation fee or maybe dates amendment but hotel manager(in) was as ruthless as the Prussian Corporal. RULES MUST BE OBEYED! Do not expect therefore any genuine, sincere courtesy and hospitality from the hotel. During and after my negotiations the receptionists were smiling and compassionate to me - thank You very much - while managed started to threatened to call the police and forbade me to enter the room I had received and stayed overnight. What's more, my things were in the room and I was denied access because the hotel had some problem with charging my credit card - for their fault. My explanation was that my card was already charged. The manager said that I was lying and I'm not their guest! Horrifying and unacceptable! Therefore my review is slightly affected by the unpleasantness of contacting the manager(in). But emotions to the side and trust me in my honest opinion. In addition, I want to say that I had booked at the same time for the rest of the group at the hotel next door, STRANDGUT and there was no problem to agree with a single phone call to grant a free cancellation. I wish I could have stayed at STRANDGUT again - modern in terms of architecture and interiors and approach to the guest! I've booked "strand-view" rooms and got a dead-end room with a "side-glimpse-strand-view" room. After some negotiations finally got proper "beach-view" room. But got a chance to review the rooms not only one. Someone would call the hotel "vintage" but it is old and pretentious. 4 star - seriously! Everything was generally clean but old and old-fashioned - ex. tiny, claustrophobic lifts. Using AIRBNB I have a higher chance for nice real vintage for much less money. Generally, I will never come back here and will recommend everyone to consider a stay carefully!
