Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the hotel's good location, with several mentioning beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. However, many experienced issues with service, such as lack of staff presence, poor communication, and problems at check-in or with reservations. Cleanliness was mixed, with some rooms being clean and others not meeting expectations. Breakfast received negative feedback for quality, availability, and organization. Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its location and room size, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings.
