Calm, comfy and well located
Not sure about this one being a complaint. The rooms are cool for non-aclimatized southerners, but they provide good blankets and hot water bottles. We were very happy with this , but others might grumble
My personal circumstances raised unexpected problems which the staff at Murray House promptly, warmly and professional helped me resolve. I was very impressed and do hope , that when events allow me, I shall visit at another time to enjoy the excellent service this establishment provides.
I feel that there is nothing that I need to comment upon here. I experienced no negative aspects.
Very cold room heating inadequate for room
Nice breakfast, the young lady was lovely even though I was pissed off about the lack of heating and hot water
We arrived / checked in @7pm using the key provided and went straight out to dinner. We got in from dinner @ 8pm expecting to to shower before bed, there was no hot water then and all night till @6:30am The room heater was on when we first arrived and it switched off maybe @9pm and was off till @6:30 am Cold and sleeping in our clothes I rang the emergency number at 2am and got an answering machine and again at 6am with no call back till after we checked out Remember this is winter and 0 deg We were freezing and pissed off
Great location and friendly young girl looking after the property
Too cold. Heating was off overnight and it was freezing
