Pros:
My rental car got a flat tire when i arrived to return the car the payless representative said that i had paid over $100 of insurance technically for nothing and that it did not cover even a flat tire, also they said that the car had a scratch in the bottom of the bomber which there was no real damage to the vehicle. The car was returned in the same condition it was received except for the flat tire, they charged me $70.. for the tire and $150 for the scratch underneath the rear bumper (\which it was in the same condition when received) i am very disappointing in the way things were handled and if my insurance doesn't even cover a flat or even a supposed scratch then why do i even pay insurance coverage.Cons:
I want an explanation and an insurance police that states the insurance details. and my money back.Ace

Pros:
Got to the counter and the sales rep asked if I had insurance. I showed my Alianz policy which I had printed out. He read the 9 page policy for 5 minutes and then said he needed to add 3rd party liability. He didn't explain why -- and didn't give me a price. I felt I was being ripped off. I said, "Thanks but no thanks and walked away." Paid more for another rental with AVIS, they explained the charges and I was comfortable with the car rental. The rental with HertzCons:

Requested car was not available. Made me exchange it in a holiday and it took 2 h. Both cars were dirty and had seriously damaged transmission. They had both over 100 000 k on them and had warnings of oil change overdue.Budget

Pros:
Yes it was pretty good just car caps on rim's must be secured with straps very easy they can pop off. Cost was 30 dollars for 1 rim cap cover .Cons:
That the car be more secure on items like rim caps and other loose parts on car or truck .3,2 Poor

I did a reservation from San Francisco california one day before to get Honduras.. whe i arrived to the airport in tegucigalpa honduras i went to talk to the lady sitting on the desk and I gave her the confirmation number and she said that I wasnt on the system ..well after 20 min she found me what happens next is the car wasn't at the airport.. I waited for two hours and when finally the car arrives she told me that I needed to buy two more insurance thats crazy to my but I saw ok I needed the car so then she told me that I need to pay 1,500 deposit for the car i said ok When she pass my debit car the bank send a notification to my wife that this company took the money from my bank account but the lady a the counter says the debit card didn't work I was really mad after two hours I left walking This company didn't even offer a ride home ..crazy world I lost lot money down get the car . not recommend this company to anyone...Avis
