Everything amazing, fullfilled expactation;)
The room was heated too much. The guy preparing eggs for the breakfast was really unfriendly, as it was mentioned in rewievs above;) The person helping us with luggage also didnt seem in his best mood, but nevermind. All the other staff was superb.
Very nice facility right next to the ski slopes, nothing is missing. Always nice wellcome from the owner who is always keeping hotel near perfection.
Stuff is partial too young and unexperienced so we had every day some new negative surprise. Morning juicer where you can make your own fresh juice is today a must in "superior" hotels. Water mixed - half natural juices are out.
+Room (3.floor) and its silence and view
-Very often when your were not early enough at the breakfast or dinner, lot of food were finished at the buffet table and were not refilled. Even when asked - often they had run out of them. (toast bread, juices, vegetables etc.) -There could be also more simple and faster way to have dinner - The longest it took from us to have have a dinner was two hours, mostly just waiting the next course.
This hotel was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff the service and the facilities. This is my second time at this hotel and we will be going again next year. 10 out of 10 The pool and spa are excellent especially after a day of skiing. Should be a 5 star.
Not a lot. If i had to be critical i would suggest some shelves in the bathroom, but that would be it.
The rooms are very modern, the food is really good and the staff outstanding. There are ski lockers and a spacious spa area.
Wifi a bit too slow for streaming sometimes, bathrooms are a bit small and the pool area air temperature too hot. Nothing really critical though.
