Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near public transport and attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and efficient, and several reviews mention good value for the price. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and amenities like bathtubs and laundry facilities. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about mold, dust, and maintenance, especially in bathrooms and air conditioning. Overall, the positives center on location, service, and value, but cleanliness needs improvement.
