Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and public transportation. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, often going out of their way to assist guests. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and comfortable beds. However, several guests mention issues with the building's old elevators, which can be confusing to find or feel unsafe. Overall, the positive experiences with service, location, and cleanliness outweigh the negatives.
