Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, beautiful views, and proximity to local attractions such as the national park and waterfalls. However, many reviews mention issues with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and problems with amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi. While some guests appreciated the cozy atmosphere, helpful staff, and opportunities to interact with horses and dogs, others were disappointed by maintenance issues, noise from barking dogs, and lack of breakfast. Overall, the hotel's setting is its strongest point, but improvements are needed in comfort and facilities.
