Hotel is in a great location, room was comfortable. The team members service standard varies greatly some provide exceptional friendly service others verge on being rude

Breakfast team most are amazing some awful. So overall ‘average’. Concierge said they would charge my EV overnight. Unfortunately they failed to do so, had 20% enough to get to the airport. The Duty Manager was good enough to refund the charge & parking amounts. Was informed that only Tesla’s can be charged
