Cozy beds
Toilet was not secured to the floor, renovations upstairs started at 7 AM, coffee packets had already been used, stain on one of the towels, refrigerator malfunctioned causing us to lose approximately $50 worth of food.

The place was not very clean.

Maintenance was lacking. Examples: Light switch hanging out of wall in bathroom. Door latch didn't work (hinged part didn't match stationary part on door frame)(door sagging?).

Location and breakfast.
The elevator was down for 15 plus hours, the laundry facilities did not work, staff left doors wide open, and internet was very slow or didn't work. I I was told that one of the ladies was on vacation and when she is gone everything falls apart.
