Pros: Located less than 10 minutes away from Fort Leonard Wood and a couple of minutes away from Walmart for those things you may have forgotten at home.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good, standard breakfast. Very clean and nice
Cons: I think everything pretty good. They are keeping up the standards!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast area very clean.
Cons: The bathroom not very clean and the drain in the sink was clogged. When I took it out it was full of hair. Nasty!!! The lighting in the bathroom mirror not good.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was very fresh and a large variety. The hotel was quiet which was very nice. The lobby was always neat and tidy and the front desk was helpful most of the time.
Cons: I did not like it when the cleaning staff missed our room. But what was really disappointing and frustrating was when I went to the front desk and asked them to have someone come up and bring towels, shampoo$soap, and take out over flowing trash out, she said she would give me trash bags and towels but I need to bring the trash down to her. WHAT? Very disappointing. My in-laws had a situation with the same employee, small female with long black hair. She didn't have on a name tag, of course. The rest of the staff was great and maybe that was all she could offer, but her delivery was horrible and very dismissive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here twice this summer for 10 nights total visiting Fort Leonard Wood. This hotel was great both times. Super location, clean, quiet, with amazing staff! I especially appreciated the outdoor benches and sun deck to relax outside. It was our home away from home both times, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pros: LG television provided excellent picture quality, but cable had minimal channels. The room was comfortable and clean, but had a slight chemical odor. Breakfast was average.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The very friendly staff
Cons: The water constantly leaking in the tub kept me up even after turning it off tightly and the room could have used a little more cleaning. I could tell that it was only surfaced cleaned! There were linguistic spatters on the drawers and doors and I wasn’t sure what it was! I did an overall cleaning myself with Clorox cleanups

Pros: The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. My husband was having hip problems and loved the arm chair. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast ladies were so friendly, and made it very clear that they were there for us to have a great breakfast. The cinnabon rolls were amazing, I wanted to pack them up and bring them home with us lol. The front desk clerks were very nice, and very helpful. 8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and met our expectations. The room got warm quickly with the heater and we loved the pool.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very personable. The bed was super comfortable! I’m fact, when I came home, I immediately started looking online for the pillows, they were amazing! We were evacuated to the lobby in the middle of the night because of a tornado, and were made to feel safe, keeping us up to date about the weather. I also enjoyed the breakfast bar, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels offering free breakfast, and this one was top notch! The attendant was very attentive and kind.
Cons: Obviously, being woke up in the middle of the night because of severe weather was not optimal, but the staff made the best of a bad situation. I also thought the price was a bit inflated, but we were visiting for a graduation at Fort Leonard Wood, so I guess I can’t fault them for making money when they can.

Cons: For some reason we kept having to try our key over and over to enter our room. Other than that all was well.

Pros: Convenience to FLW Base. The staff after October 25, 2017. The gentleman the next night was great and so was the day lady.
Cons: 1. The lady that checked us in on October 25, 2017 @ about 9:00pm 2. The color of the towels. I wasn't sure if they used to be white and now were light beige/grey? Made me a little uneasy. 3. At first, no elevator, but we only each had a carry on sized bag, so it wasn't that bad.

Cons: The internet connection was probably the worst we have ever experienced at a hotel.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: They don't give you the room you book if you book through here. They were rude and not very helpful in fixing their mistakes. The triple amputee we traveled with needed a accessible room and they gave him a regular room and he was not able to use the bathroom. Took hours of me complaining to their Facebook for them to fix it and they gave us the room we did book with the whirlpool after that but never gave him the accessible room. It was a nightmare.

Pros: Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and understanding. The breakfast buffet in the mornings was fantastic. Lots to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we was ever in the area.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that whoever thy had on staff to clean the rooms on a daily basis did not do a very good job. Trash was taken out, bathroom straightened up and clean towels put in and the bed was made. There was no dusting done or vacuuming.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were awesome and super nice. The location is great.
Cons: Although clean and accommodating it is extremely dated. The floor I stayed on had a slight odor which could probably be the old carpeting. A few updates would make this place stellar Instead of just very good.

Pros: The room was dark with the lights off, and for the money the room was great. Friendly staff at the desk. Parking lot was well light.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast bar: Eggs were low quality. Needs sausage or bacon. Needs fresh fruits.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was nice and i really liked not having to leave the hotel to get breakfast
7,5 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi is a nice amenity.
Cons: There was a person right above us whose child was running around and continuously jumping off the bed at about 1230a in the morning. It woke my daughter and I up. I called the front desk. This still continued for about another 30 min. My daughter called and told the desk again. This was a miserable time spent trying to sleep after an eventful day of activity, flying and driving quite a distance. Also the breakfast could be better for the money we spent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Nothing
1,0 Poor
Cons: We never made it to the hotel due to a MAJOR snowstorm in the Midwest. Tried to change the reservation to a different date, still waiting to hear back. No General Manager on duty until Sat morning. Don't expect to ever stay there.
7,9 Good
Pros: It was quiet and clean
Cons: I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Upon arrival I paid for my room for the two nights I’d be staying. On my last day I was told I owed more because I had a pet. For some odd reason they only wanted the extra payment in cash. I offered my credit card as the only option. I still don’t understand how I booked the room with a pet, checked in and walked the pet through the front desk lobby, then at the end of my stag owed more for having a pet. It seemed suspicious to me that I was told three times by two employees that I needed to make this extra payment in cash. They finally charged my card. Please note that this hotel may change the price from the price listed in booking.com during your stay. Also WiFi and hot tub were out of order during our stat.

Pros: Could of been cleaner, was a horrible smell that lingered in the room
Cons: Smells
7,9 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious.
Cons: The room was damp and smelled a little musty/smoky? The key cards kept malfunctioning and we had to get new ones. There were only 3 small towels for 3 adult women. The coffee fixings didn't get restocked.
7,5 Good
Pros: The beds were comfy. When the house keeper came to clean the rooms they always made sure to give us new towels.
Cons: The light in the sink area was blinking like a strobe light but they did end up fixing it, the air conditioner was making noises that seemed as though it could have broken down at any minute. The breakfast wasn’t horrible but a few more options like bagels and muffins would have been a nice option.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very cleanFriendly and helpful front desk.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, comfy beds, service was fantastic, and the room was wonderful as it was the middle of July with temps in the 90's, however, our room stayed very cool and comfortable. We traveled to Fort Leonard Wood for our sons "Family Day" & graduation from Basic Training & the hotel was only 10+ min (give or take a few, depending on traffic) away and very easy to get to. What we loved most was the fact that we did not have to get back on & off of the interstate, as the old "Route 66" ran from our exit to the FLW exit (which was only 2 or 3 miles where you make a left and the base is less than 4 miles), so this made it so much faster & easier in traveling back & forth to the FLW base. We also loved the fact that bcuz we were on the next exit down from the actual FLW exit, the traffic & congestion was never a problem and there was little to no noise while we were in our room, during our stay. The room stayed very cool & comfortable which was very nice considering it was in the 90°'s+ during our stay. There is a small "convenient" store/gas station directly across from the hotel, as well as a diner that I most definitely suggest you stop & eat at, as it was the BEST (homemade) breakfast you could eat at a restaurant (both are within walking distance.)
Cons: Possibly the addition of a pool.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Grounds, office, lobby, room...everything was very neat and clean. New concrete parking lot and paint for parking lines. Very clean on the outside of building. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Easy, fast check-in. Clean room, updated furniture and fixtures. New carpet. Clean, plush pillows and lines. Big bathroom faucet space.
Cons: For the price we paid ($71/night) the breakfast was very minimal. Not much to choose from at all. We’ve stayed in more inexpensive hotels and gotten much better breakfasts. While we were very happy with our room’s thorough cleanliness it had a constant musty, mildew smell. The bathroom was very small. The door to our bathroom was all white and very filthy; needs a good scrubbing.
4,6 Okay
Cons: Small room, they said it was a queen size bed and it was a full size
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was comfortable. Staff were great breakfast was Awsome...and. Just great place to stay

1,0 Poor
Pros: The room smelled bad!! The beds were small not queen size!!! The sink was rusty and looked so old!! The pool wasn't even heated so there was no point in renting the especially because of the price!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Cons: Everything was gross!!!
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The pet policy will keep me coming back.
Cons: It was a bit shabby and worn. The bedspreads were hideous - I doubt there was a time when they would've been considered attractive. The door to my room had severe light leak from the hall.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the facility and enviroment.
Cons: The beds were a bit uncomfotable.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was very dirty food on the floor garbage under the bed big stains on the carpet it appeared someone had vomited in the bathroom and they just kinda mopped it up shoving it into the corners of the bathroom. The room smelled very badly.
7,5 Good
Pros: They had a indoor pool.
Cons: No hot breakfast.
7,5 Good
Pros: There was no noise
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the door close to the pool, the floor was always wet because kids keep coming out in the lobby with their wet body and the receptionist has to clean the floor all the time. That is too much work for her. She is suppose to be a front desk receptionist not cleaning the floor.

Cons: Could've used more pillows
6,3 Good
Pros: We got two rooms, stayed two nights....Nice but small lobby with a few tables. Liked the location, pretty quiet except morning/ check out time. I wasn't expecting much from the motel but it was alright! Good TVs w plenty of channels & was able to hook up PlayStation. The rooms were clean, semi modern. Clean bed. The king size bedroom is the same size as double queen room but feels more spacious and had a chair, table, & desk! The queen room had bed & dresser, computer desk...Had refrigeration, microwave, cheap coffee making device. Ice machine worked and there was a washer/dryer on site. The shower head was nice but maybe not for a tall person. Breakfast: pancakes, scram egg, sausage, gravy, cereal, small muffins/pastry, juice, milk. OH the best thing, its right near URANUS, MO attraction, fudge packing, amusement stores! If you stay at this hotel, check out Uranus ! Its like 3 miles away, You cant miss it!!!
Cons: The odor in the room was a bit musty-nasty. (Air was off upon arrival but cooled off quickly when on.) One room smell was worse than the other. Bought $1 air freshener! I recommend bringing Air freshener Lysol or an even better brand. Their breakfast had sausage biscuits but wasn't barely warm. The pancake maker is ok but I prefer the waffle iron which they did not have. They only had sheets on the bed, bring a blanket if you need one! Pool looked sad.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was clean
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Main problem was when I looked online it said there was a pool... the pool is not operable. On the bright side there is a really fun very inexpensive pool 5 min away with slides and a sprinkler areas and even a little lazy river. Also lots of dining spots and stores. Had a good breakfast and the staff was nice. The rooms are a little outdated looking but we went in there allot anyway. Room was inexpensive. Very close to fort Leonard wood which was why we were there.
Cons: The pool. It wasn't working and was in a weird location anyway. Rooms could use some sprucing up.
6,0 Good
Pros: The front desk greeting was so welcoming and warm. I really appreciated it just coming from having a challenging few days with family.
Cons: I would have liked to see bacon or ham at breakfast.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: Not well represented as on your site This motel needs to be taken off your site
4,5 Okay
Pros: Coffee was good, staff is fabulous. We had hot water and a bed.
Cons: I did not like having to walk through a puddle of water to walk inside the room and track the room with water I also did not like the fact of not having a rug or carpet to step on when I wake up in the morning. I would have liked to have had a mini coffee pot in the room. It was a very uncomfortable stay for the amount of money that I paid per day.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: The pics online where not a reflection of the property nor description. Room was extremely dated, popcorn ceiling, paint was so caked on, broken window in room, tub dripped, ac rattled, POOL HAD NO WATER IN IT, breakfast was very sparse and had to go eat out every day, was so surprised this was a choice hotel to be honest. When I arrived I was shocked. Couldn’t even find another room to stay at because it was booked up everywhere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very Nice Staff and great location close to Ft Leonardwoos base
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: My family had a hole in the bathtub and they were still charged the regular price as I. ($154.00) They did not disclose the condition of the bathroom to us. They just took $10.00 off for here inconvenience which i believe still wasn't good enough. To make matters worse, I was greeted by spiders in my room. Heck, i was to tired to argue with anyone but i did tell the man who was cleaning our room. I will never stay again and the sad part is that this place is affiliated with Choice Privileges.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was kind and helpful.
Cons: A family member was locked out of their room for 2 hours due to the locking system not working.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was close to base and eateries
Cons: My beds were not made they just gave us towels. The clerk at check put was confused couldn't print receipts then when she did it was wrong so lines were too long
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy roads near by
7,5 Good
Pros: All of the staff members that we encountered were all very friendly. The rooms were pretty nice (for motel standards). The floors are updated with laminate flooring and the beds are comfy. I liked that my room stayed cool with the A/C unit and the room didn't feel muggy or have a weird smell.
Cons: I didn't like that there is an unkempt pool out front and that there really isn't any place to sit other than in your room (Especially since we had a lot of rain for the couple of days we spent there). Some people brought their room chairs outside to sit. I also wasn't a big fan of the blankets on the bed (which I brought my own. I usually do when traveling) and the bathroom could use some updating. The tub in my bathroom still had yellow/brown cigarette burns around the tub so, I am guessing it's pretty old. Also, the lighting is a little dim and yellow.

Pros: The front desk clerk when we checked in was wonderful. She even came up and personally cleaned our bath tub that was filthy.
Cons: The bathroom was very dirty. There was piled up dust on the .OP boards that we noticed when plugging in a cell phone charger. The fitted bed sheet was not only put on upside down, but was ripped on the corners and should never have been used

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: The property is extremely run down and nasty. When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier in the room with a note saying to contact the front desk. The phone didn’t work! Should have been a sign. The shower was leaking so badly from the faucet you could hardly take a shower. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The hallways were very dirty. The grass area had several piles of dog poop. Tried to change rooms but they said there were no other rooms available. Call several other hotels in the area and they were all booked up. Not a very good place to stay.

Cons: their sign by the road could have been lit up more I almost passed it up. it was nice to have the 2 rooms side by side but would have been better to have the room behind ours so they were ajoining less chasing babies from one room to the other if they could have been joined.

Pros: The absolute only thing I liked about this property was the front desk lady’s nice attitude the morning I came to cancel my second night’s stay.
Cons: Very dirty. Only 2 very flat pillows on a queen size bed. Comforters are from the early-mid 1900s. The whole back side of the hotel hasn’t been redone yet, so if they try to room you there, run away. They only updated on the front side seem to be a new paint job. Very disappointed overall. Came down for military graduation and ended up just going and staying closer to St. Louis. We arrived at the hotel at 5am and I was just plain too tired to try and find a different one or take pictures.

Cons: The staff wasn't friendly at all. They charged me extra money to check in early. There was no cable tv, no phone service, and no free breakfast. They didn't leave the office unlocked so we could get ice. Overall it was the worst motel experience I've had.

Pros: The worker was the sweetest, most competent person I've met. She deserves a raise for everything she does for the hotel!
Cons: The hotel was understaffed. Non smoking room had been smoked in. Floors were slimy. A.C. made a horrible squeaking noise. Pet fee was $20 a night when the hotel room itself was only $--

Pros: Price was really cheap
Cons: This hotel felt gross. Was not clean. We didn't even want to shower because the tub/shower had mold and was dirty. Thankfully we only had to sleep there for 5 hrs before getting up and out of there! If you need a quick place to sleep, just sleep in car.
