Pros (+) It was close to a better hotel.
Cons (-) My wife and I, along with another couple, booked two rooms at the G.G.T. Tibet five months ago. The location was convenient for the bicycle tour operators to pick up all our luggage the next morning for the start of the tour. The owner cancelled our reservation while we were midflight to Burlington. He claimed there was a problem with our credit card. I got this message and called during our layov...

Pros (+) The staff was OK, but not extremely friendly.
Cons (-) The pool was gross algae green and he did not fix by the next day as the owner said he would, and I wanted to use ice ONE TIME for small cooler (there were about 5 other cars in the entire place) and he said no ice, you people with coolers take it all. Towels were scratchy. Not extremely clean, it was dusty.

Cons (-) Did not have access to my own room key and the room was extremely small. The window was open in the room and was really hot when I arrived. Did not have access to an AC. Would not recommend
