Pros:Location, friendly receptionist & staff. Breakfast bar attendant was excellent and truly tried to accommodate some very picky, demanding guests.
Cons:Noise level in rooms from hall,stairwells and adjacent rooms can be annoying. Overall cleanliness can be improved. Stairwell had empty cartons and drink containers, some spill stains on carpets, for a multiple night stay the room receives limited maid service during the stay

Pros:The bed was comfortable. They had free breakfast (eggs, toast, sausage,waffles). It's near everything in Slidell, seems like it's in the center. It wasn't super clean but clean enough.
Cons:Front desk people were always in the back taking forever to come to the front. The wall are so thin you can hear ppl in the hall and the next room. Should have been less than $100.

Pros:Location was good. Staff was friendly.
Cons:Low water pressure. Pillows weren’t great. Walls were not sound proof. The hotel and my room had a weird smell to it. Seemed like a 2 star which was converted up to a 2.5 or 3 Star. The front lights shined on my window all night so it would never get fully dark in the room and couldn’t tell when it was morning.

Pros:We had to move because we had no hot water in our room. Staff was very nice but since some of the rooms were having this problem, she should have warned us before we hauled all of our things in, then had to pack up and move. We could have checked it when we walked in the door of the room.

Cons:I stayed here because we were attending a competition in the area. I have teenagers so they wanted to play in the pool, etc. I was very disappointed because while we were there a whole bus load of students from an out of State university were there too. They completely took up the pool/ hot tub, not allowing any of the other kids in. My kids were so disappointed. We asked them to make room for the others but because there were so many there they splashed around so much...no one could enjoy it but them. Also, the hotel never provided towels at the pool, even though asked multiple times. The same group was also so loud and obnoxious that I had to complain multiple times to the front desk while in my room. My kids couldn't sleep because on our floor it was so loud. I was still calling the front desk to ask them to quieten down at 2 AM. None of us got enough rest during our stay due to this. Protein choices at the breakfast area would be nice...other than cold hard boiled eggs. Overall my stay was horrible and I will not go back there.
