Pros: The staff were brilliant, I hire cars all the time and this was the best experience yet Lesley and Darrell Were fantastic at drop off. I only wish I’d Written down the name of the girl at check because she was so helpful too

Cons: No power, we ordered a Nokia got a Renault Capture, much smaller vehicle tiny boot

Did not get final bill immediaitly after rental still waiting - 48 hrs
Pros: Car was fine, pretty standard
Cons: Did not get a final bill at the return -- got a copy of damage report emailed (no damage, everything in order, fuel full, etc. ), but did not get a bill. I rent a lot for business and family trips and expect to immediatly get a final bill for the rental on return -- very unsatisfactory. Will I get a surprise? I don't know?

Pros: Ease of pick up and no worried about the vehicle
Cons: I don't like that you always end up spending 2x more money than the rental to cover insurance as they will not take insurance from the state's. Would like to have this disclosed.

The car given could only hold 2 large suitcases
Pros: Ease of booking
Cons: Car which was given could only hold 2 large suitcases and not 3-4 as in the description (which was why I made the booking)

Service with a smile
Pros: Friendly staff. No hard sell to upgrade.
Cons: When I received the invoice for the car hire by e-mail, it included a fee because I'd "elected" to have the invoice sent to me by post (I hadn't). The invoice also said I'd "elected" to pay in USD (I hadn't), for which they'd charged me at an unfavourable exchange rate.
