I booked a three day car rental in Israel. The estimated cost was $177 on the reservation. Although my reservation provided for unlimited miles, they tried to limit my miles. I argued with them and they changed it to the contract terms. I picked the car up at 9 am. The clerk told me to be sure and return the vehicle by 10 am or they would charge me an extra day. "Don't be one minute late." So I wasn't. I dropped the car off as provided in my contract (a location other than where I picked it up). I dropped it off at 9 am after two days. They charged me a previously undisclosed $120 for the different location drop off. This was not in my reservation and was not in the contract that I got when I picked up the vehicle. There is no email for Sixt that is available. My attempts to get them to credit that charge back to my card were unsuccessful. Returned the car a day early, still charged for three days plus the ripoff drop off charge that was no where in the agreement.Reviewed Oct 4 2022

I booked an intermediate and they insisted on giving me a Compact car. Their car level scale (letters such as D, E, F) is different from the one used in Kayak (mini, compact, intermediate). Had to wait more than 90 mins on pick-up until they gave me a car with a decent size trunk.Reviewed Aug 20 2022
