Great location and the owner was very helpful. The room (on the ground floor) gave on a little patio with a table and chairs. The room is functional and has everything you need
Inherent to the building structure, but the only natural light came from the door, which had windows (that you can't open), so the only way to have fresh air (apart from AC) was to open the door. The AC gave right on the bed, but with some work you can turn the blades so the air goes below or above. There was WiFi but no phone network in the room
Great location in my favorite part of Ortigia. AC was new and worked great. Room was spacious.
Everything was good with our room. Only thing there is no window so not lots of natural light but really the room had all you need to stay comfortably. For being in a busy part of the island it is quiet and easy to sleep.
Maximillian was a great help.
Good location in ortigia. Very friendly host. Satisfactory size of room.
It had access though a small Door in the back yard of the building so there were no windows, nor plenty of natural light. The private parking is 15 minutes walking distance (cars are not allowed in the old town).
It was great to be able to pop back to the room for a rest with air-conditioning and then carry on sightseeing. Everything in Ortigia was within walking distance including lots of bars and restaurants. The room was simple but had everything I needed and was great value for the price.
