Pros (+) The cleaning crew left me make up remover wipes.
Cons (-) The carpet was wet, the walls were dirty, the breakfast ran out, there were no high chairs for kids, the door lock was broken, the door frame was coming off in the bathroom, the whole place smelt like smoke, when they cleaned the room they left the dirty towels, the front desk guy kept his dog in one of the rooms and kept taking his dog out for a walk, lock on pool door was broken. Cons (-) Terrible customer service. General Manager is more concerned with his ego and won’t help change a date by one day if you book through an online travel agency. I made a mistake and when I wanted to change the date by one day I was given a hard time and told No. Rude service and disappointing to say the least. If I could give no stars I would! Pros (+) Not far from the downtown area and Falls park. Breakfast was ok.
Cons (-) Way too outdated and needed repairs.pretty sure room wasn't vacuumed and my shoe stuck to the floor outside my room. WIFi is not secured with password.

Pros (+) I found the staff very attentive and concerned that my stay was satisfactory. I enjoyed the refrig, microwave and recliner in my room.
Cons (-) My room was on 2nd Floor. An elevator would have made it easier to get mky things to the room because a had a couple of heavy things to carry.
