friendly staff, especially the girl with the red hair :-), very clean room was cleaned every day, nice breakfast, pool was also cleaned every day and is nice, located in silent street and near the lake!

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the lake, restaurants and pubs. Good food in the restaurant.
No air condition in rooms - makes sleeping very uncomfortable in summer.

The accommodation was top class for the price we paid and the meals included in the half board deal that we got were excellent especially the desserts which were very impressive. The hotel represents excellent value for money. However it is not in the the centre of Siofok but is near the lake shore and there is a lovely walk by the lake shore which will bring you to where most of the bars, restaurants and nightlife are.
My wife missed not having a hair dryer supplied in the room
