Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hostel's location, noting its proximity to metro stations, shopping, and attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many describing dirty bathrooms, mold, and unclean bedding. Service is often reported as unfriendly or unhelpful, and breakfast quality is generally considered poor. Bed comfort is also a common issue, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or unclean beds. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, breakfast, and bed comfort.
