Pros: We book this hotel on our way to Tampa Int Airport. So this Location is a stop-over place. We like the Location (close to I 75) and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Hotel did not react to my comments (spring 2018) on heavy mildew (outside) exposure (North side facing the new Apartment complex). If Management does Nothing it will get worse and worse and might be a Health threat for guests as well. Archictect had obviously no experience with installing A/C Units.

Cons: I requested a bathtub but received a shower. Bedroom door was very difficult to shut completely and lock. I had to slam my body against it in order to utilize the deadbolt. There was only one working elevator during my entire stay and the wait time for it was ridiculous. There was an emergency evacuation the morning of my check out and as a result the only working elevator was shut down as well. I had recent knee surgery and it was extremely painful and difficult for me to walk up and down the stairs, especially carrying all of my luggage. Also, the Chromecast on their Smart TV did not work and there were barely any channels to pick from on TV.

Motel have them wow ice to far all smoking rooms up stairs even for handicap smokes still have to fat stairs they don't car that is wrong my wife in wheel chair smokes we have to carry her upstairs she stays in room till check out because we.ll up stairs so she can't move around they need to change.

Grass within grounds was ridiculously long (some areas knee high!!), causing limited enjoyment and Added extra pests,insects and possibilities of disease transformation! This is a Extremely Needed Improvements Immediately !

Cons: This hotel could use a major cosmetic facelift inside and out. The lobby registration area is not well lit, is not appealing, fresh and inviting. I had to wait for staff to finish smoking outside by the pool before checking me in.

Pros: Staff here by far was the best part of the Wyndham in Ocala. The lady at the front desk just started her shift when we checked in and was super friendly and gave us all the info we wanted.
