The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, with several guests noting thoughtful touches like maps, local recommendations, and welcome amenities. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many reviews mentioning spotless rooms and comfortable accommodations. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, a few reviews pointed out issues with noise due to thin walls, and some mentioned outdated TVs or minor bathroom concerns.
