Comfortable rooms in a lovely location with a beautiful pool to relax, On first appearance it is by a busy road with lots of business right next to it. But as soon as you walk through the gate you forget that and it could be miles from anywhere. A good location relative to Angkor Wat and the city so easy to hire a tuk tuk to explore both.
Communication about the room booking got confused which was a little worrying at first, but sorted on arrival.
Customer service was great. Especially Ms. Den, she was of great help to sort out guiding and organising my mom's birthday.
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous place! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the Operations Manager Ms Sok who is amazing and a wonderful asset to the hotel. From the restaurant and bar staff to the reception staff and the hotel's tuk tuk drivers - all of the staff are fantastic. Anything and everything could be arranged seamlessly which made our stay even more enjoyable. We went to Cambodia for my 50th birthday and on the day all of the staff came to the pool area with a gorgeous cake singing Happy Birthday! What a lovely gesture that I will treasure. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel the next time I go to Siem Reap and recommend it highly. Thank you for helping make my special holiday even more special. See you next time!
The hotel was very nice. The staff were excellent. The pool and grounds relaxing. Free good breakfast. Tuk tuk driver very accommodating. Loved our stay.
Breakfast was great! We liked that it changed a bit every day and the wait staff were super nice and accommodating. And I was especially grateful that the hotel offered to upgrade one of our rooms so that all three were side by side (we were 3 couples as a family).
Because we booked through a third party site, there seemed to be some confusion over getting picked up (no one came despite us confirming it with Raksmey) and what was included for transportation. I had to call the hotel to get someone to come and get us when we arrived.
