Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, charming and authentic atmosphere, and friendly, helpful staff. Many enjoyed the unique architecture, beautiful patios, and Spanish decor. Breakfast was often described as good or varied, though a few found the breakfast area small or lacking variety. While some rooms were spacious and clean, others were considered outdated or in need of renovation, with occasional complaints about cleanliness and bathroom conditions.
