Probably the best location in Seville with the best views of the cathedral and the city. Beautiful interior design throughout the hotel. Lovely courtyard. The suite was stylish, spacious and comfortable. Awesome bed! Amazing views from the bedroom and rooftop terrace bar and pool area. Great food at the restaurant too.
We booked a beautiful suite for 3 nights for two. I wasn't impressed that there was one small bottle of water, complimentary, for two. The minibar was basic with very few drinks only. The 2 drinking glasses were the same for 3 nights and we were one short because I placed my toothbrush in one of them. In the bathroom, there was only shampoo/conditioner and body wash, no other toiletries. The telephone in the toilet was faulty and there was one light bulb missing in a lamp. There were no English channels on the tv.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! Directly in the heart of beautiful Sevilla. The room was very comfortable. The roof top bar had a very nice view but the service was very slow. There was only one bartender who moved slowly and couldn't keep up with demand. I saw several people leave frustrated because the service was too slow.
The poor service and large crowds on the roof top bar.
