Hertz in Europe is not the Hertz in USA but seems to be the low cost option. Terrible drop off locations. Will try to claim damage to car or tires. We were lucky our photos showed all the damage was preexisting. Need photos of tires too!

Went I picked up the car I was told I was putting a deposit down on car and it would be return to me when I return the car in good condition. When I returned the car the guy at drop told me that it was a nonrefundable fee. The fees were $469 more then I was told about. This is ridiculous amount of money and way over what I was told I was gonna be paying which was $104. I am very upset and expected that this ridiculous charge should be dropped.

I requested to change the pick up and drop off location and with no hesitation they did so. Also I realized that the suv which I reserved was to big and they were able to give me a smaller suv. Upon return of the car the employee( David)receiving the car offered to give us a ride to the taxi stop.

Pros:

Please be aware that Ace rental car doesn’t exist I couldn’t find this company, the phone number given it’s just to leave a voice mail and I ended up renting another car in San Pablo airport. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time because of this ghost company.

Cons:

If price line would have giving me the name of the subcontracted rental car in San Pablo Airport (Seville) Totally unacceptable!!!!
