Pros: The location of the resort is perfect for being close to town and the beaches, but far enough away to avoid the noise and to always have enough parking. Even at the height of the season, I didn't have to worry about a place to park my car. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. There was always enough to choose from - both traditional Mallorcan and Spanish cuisine, as well as other international favorites. I loved being able to make my own "Pan con tomate" and have the occasional Churros con Chocolate at breakfast. The grounds around the resort itself were very peaceful, aside from the occasional screaming child, I was never bothered by any noise - in fact, the proximity to the water fountain on the pond was a bonus - the sound of the falling water would always help me fall asleep.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that a dress code was in place that most guests didn't adhere to. I appreciate that operating a resort with international clientele is very difficult to organize - different cultures see rules differently, especially when it comes to etiquette at dinner and especially when on vacation. In any case, I did feel very annoyed that I went to town to buy trousers for dinner only to see half of the people in the dining room wearing beach shorts or cut-off jeans. A table was assigned for the duration of our stay, and a dining time was chosen that we adhered to, yet, we arrived at dinner to find other guests occupying our table and we would have to be moved. It was an annoyance to deal with.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner were really good and there were lots of choices. It is not far from the beach, maybe 15 minutes to walk.
Cons: There was no free drink (even water) available for dinner. You have to buy your drinks which are a bit expensive.

Pros: Very delicious breakfast and dinner, nice and helpful staff, nice pools for adults and children, daily animations.
Cons: expensive paid parking.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Well managed resort with lush green manicured gardens all around. The kiddy pool was paradise for my two kids. For adults the hotel spa has great facilities as well as an outside pool. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Although a big resort, it has a nice village feel and they do a good job to with crowd control by offering two dinner slots (6:30pm and 8:30pm). The restaurant has 3 very well designed and highly functional dinning halls which males dinning a pleasure. There is also a restaurant by the main pool for a light lunch and drinks.
Cons: Not much to add here besides the lack of Pillow choice (long rectangular pillows instead of squares ones). This did not prevent me from having a good night sleep but could have been nice to have the option to choose. I would suggest to add a complimentary bottle of water each morning when the room is made as a nice perk.

Pros: The facilities are really good, the swimming pool are great. The food is good as well.
Cons: The room itself is very standard, old furniture.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful and nice. Food various and delicious. Overall great facilities and team. Perfect for families and for quiet holidays.
Cons: Everything was great.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great staff - very friendly and helpful. They obviously enjoy working there as we met the same staff from three years ago. Beautiful grounds that are mature and well kept by an expert team of groundsmen. Fantastic leisure facilities especially the swimming pools. Amazing location, next to the best beaches on Majorca Plenty of free parking spaces on the surrounding streets.
Cons: The rooms are looking a little tired and need some upgrading. Only three power points in a family suite. That said, they were clean, new mattress toppers meant that the beds were much more comfortable, air con worked well and blocks were quiet.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Tha man at reception was really helpful.
Cons: Very dated rooms, dated furnitures, old towels in the bathroom.. Room was dusted..not good value for money really too expensive for what is it.
