Excellent staff and great staff. Located at quieter part of beach near restaurants and tourist shops. Ocean view room overlooks rooftop but very private.

Pros (+) the room service was excellent the baby crib was excellent Joan from customer relations was amazing!
Cons (-) the hotel arranged a car for us to go to a nearby address. And their car was 5 times for expensive than a taxi. We were sent in an ordinary Toyota, and not some special car. I don't mind paying even 2 or 3 times more for transport arranged by the hotel. But 5 times more was a bit too much in my opinion.

Pros (+) The room was good, clean, modern. Smart TV was a nice touch. This cost the same as changing my flight ticket so I am glad I chose to stay here rather than jump on a plane.
Cons (-) The building looks old, the entrance area especially. I always find it slightly annoying when airport hotels insist that 1pm is the latest possible checkout time, but I sorta understand why this is done (so they can clean for the next guest).
