Pros: I stayed 2 nights in La Locandiera with my fiance, this was an amazing expiriance. Morning view from our room was stunning, including shine turquoise sea, roof of the church with the cross on top of it and soothing sound of water. Breakfast for first look wasn't good, but I asked for scrambled eggs. Francesco, bought himself eggs and made it for me. To sum up this was a pure pleasure!

Pros: Wonderful place. Super friendly staff. Cool ride from where we had to park (no cars in the city centre) to the hotel in an electric car. Made the place feel exclusive. Little town was amazing and hotel over looking the church and the city was everything you'd hope for.

Pros: Location is wonderful in Chianela. The aircondition in the room is very useful in the summer. The atmosphere of the accomodation is really nice. They care about the details.

Cons: They dont speak english. Its hard to understand each other, or ask any question or help. Google translater is our friend. :)

Cons: Contacted before to ask about transport to hotel from train because we are two older women with luggage. Told flat, easy walk. Instead, close to one mile, much uphill and down steps with luggage. No one there when we arrived, called and were told would come immediately to let us in. Instead, waited more than half an hour b/c worker was off giving rides to other patrons!

Cons: The staff, particularly at check-in, were unfriendly and unhelpful and we did not appreciate the way orders were barked at the cleaning staff. The parking was very bad, we understand this is because we arrived on a busy festival day but we would have appreciated being warned about this in advance.
