Pros:really spacious room and price was very good

Pros:The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Cons:The breakfast line was soooooo long each day we were there. Our bathroom had noticeable water damage to the walls and shower. The couch in our room was noticeably worn. The fridge wasn't cold at all. There were no outlets near the bed to charge our phones or other devices.
Pros:Everything was good & well taken care . The staff was friendly & rooms wer spacious .

Pros:The staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to get us in our rooms early. Great place. Clean, quiet and great breakfast choices.
Cons:I booked a week ahead and upon arrival was told they no longer had a room for me. They put me in a "motel" down the street. I was traveling for business and packed light, did not pack everything I needed due to the amenities at a Hyatt, which they did not have at the place they put me up in. I paid $110 more than the nightly rate at the place they put me up in and no one will return my call and refund that money. This seems like a pretty good scam for the Hyatt. I'm extremely disappointed as I've used the Hyatt for business many times before and the service at this location was terrible.
Pros:Loved the location and Room Size. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Loved the hot breakfast too!

Cons:The bed a kind of hard and the pillows were not that great and the bathroom was small!
Pros:The hotel was really close to the mall which was very convenient! It was also very close to a lot of restaurants. The room we had was amazing and very comfortable. It was very clean and modernized. They also had a pool, even though we didn't have time to get to experience it. The breakfast, which was included, was amazing as well! It was also a very decent price! The guy that helped us check out was super friendly and helpful!
Cons:The heat was not working in our room unfortunately, but even with the air not working it still wasn't too cold. There was also a lack of parking spots later at night. When we checked in we had a great spot by the front door, but then we left to eat and came back and there was only one spot left and half of it was a snow bank... So needless to say I parked on a snow bank. Also there were no vending machines, if you wanted something to drink or snack on you had to buy it from the front desk. And the prices were outrageous. Also the lady that checked us in was sort of snobby.
Pros:Close to shopping and easy to find. The rooms were clean and spacious. I lile that it had a pool, hot tub and fitness room.
Cons:The complimentary breakfast wasn't the greatest and there was a problem with the toilet in our room. No information on things to do in the area.
