Pros (+) Breakfast was what you’d expect, powered eggs and microwave bacon.
Cons (-) The room itself was fine, but the property needs some attention. Little over price for what it was.
Pros (+) The hotel was just far enough from Tybee Island to not be that expensive but still close enough to check out the shops on the river in Sahvanna then finish the day at the beach.

Cons (-) They didn't even come and clean our room the first night (and NO we did. It have a Do Not Disturb). When we called the first time at 3 pm they said they would send someone. When we called the 2nd time they said housekeeping had left so we could come get some towels. Poor customer service.

Cons (-) old style motel, interior courtyard rooms are a pain to access. Tree service trucks used up all parking.

Cons (-) Linen had bloodstains on them. The shower was dirty and the toilet barely flushed. Noticed red ants crawling on the walls in the bathroom.

Cons (-) My boyfriend and I woke up with 20+ bug bites all over our body. They continued to swell over the weekend and ended up buying Benadryl and ibuprofen for the pain. I have no idea what bit us but it was awful. Will not stay here again because of the pain we went through from the bugs we encountered. It's unfortunate because the bed was really comfy.

Cons (-) Nafarious people millng around the hotel. At 3 AM a group of men outside my door yelling at each other. Bathroom was nasty.

Cons (-) the tv was all static and grainy....we didnt watch much the meeting rooms looked like they had been vandalized. I presume there was a big party there. The breakfast room too crowded to bother ...and the bed uncomfortable...and the shower head was stuck on one setting
