Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, beautiful and well-maintained structure, and charming alpine atmosphere. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall decor, describing the hotel as stylish and comfortable. However, there were mixed opinions about the service; while some found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced cold or unhelpful interactions. The breakfast also received varied feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Noise from music or nearby activities was a recurring issue for several guests. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location and ambiance.
