Cons: none
10,0 Excellent
Pros: very close to Huis Ten Bosch. Staff are very nice and helpful
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent atmosphere, quiet room, and relaxing bathhouse (not an onsen!)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location to Huis Ten Bosch and private exit to the hotel. Excellent atmosphere and also nice relaxing bathhouse. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: It's my second time staying here. This time, I felt the checking time is slower, maybe it's because the new staff. I asked for onsen location and they said there was no onsen here. I'm confused because I remembered relaxing in this hotel's onsen two years ago. After asking it three times, the staff then realized that I was asking for the public bathhouse.... it turns out that "public bathhouse" is different from "onsen". The fault is mine for not realizing the differences....
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location to Huis Ten Bosch was terrific! Purchased 3pm tickets, had almost nobody there! Awesome. Onsen bathing is our favourite thing to do after a long day.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Big space for bathroom, this is very unusual in Japan. Very nice!

7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel is located beside the lake with great view. Staff is really helpful.
Cons: No air condition
5,0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful and charming western style building that backed up directly to the water
Cons: Property is old. Carpet is run down, everything inside needs to be updated. Good luck finding more than one outlet to plug in your phone/accessories. Distance from parking area requires a shuttle and you need to schedule an appointment if it’s outside of normal operating hours. PARKING IS NOT FREE. Definitely not worth the outrageous amount per night versus other hotels in huis ten Bosch or especially to those in sasebo city. If you are looking to stay in sasebo city this is a 45 minute drive on a toll road into the city proper. Do not stay here if you think you are staying in sasebo!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and tidy. Readonable pricing.Staffs are sincerely.
Cons: Nil
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful which I gave big credit to. And the room and bathroom are spacious.
Cons: Thought there is Air conditioning , there is only very weak wind coming out . We need to open windows at night but there were mosquitos all night long. Poor sleeping night. And the pillows are too soft and not supportive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything
Cons: Room 544, noise because of staff elevator at the back. However, since we changed room the problem was solved. The staff was very helpfull.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: beautiful hotel walking distance to huis ten borch. Service staff was helpful and very polite. buffet breakfast was really nice and plenty of varieties. our room was nice with very spacious bathroom.
Cons: parking location was 10 minutes away from hotel. and we had to run around a few times before we realized the parking location and taking Shuttle bus to and from hotel. With better parking information before we get there would be much helpful though!

Cons: Quite expensive

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly and room well appointed.
4,5 Okay
Pros: The location was great. It’s right in central Sasebo next to Ginza where you can do all your shopping
Cons: The room was small for the price, bed was like sleeping on rocks. I had a previous guests washing rag left hanging in the shower with hair. For $110 per night this was NOT a very comfortable room. The parking advertised was always full so you had to use the parking structure down the street or if there where spots open at the entrance it was a very tight fit (I actually chipped paint on my door trying to get out next to the wall)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: it was a little small, but its normal for Japanese
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closed, but we were welcome graciously and allowed to have a delicious meal. Receptsion clerks were most helpful and provided an iron and board for me to use.
Cons: I would have eaten breakfast, but I went to work at 0700, before the restaurant was open. Suggest you open the breakfast earlier.
7,9 Good
Pros: It is a business hotel that was not too far from 'Huis ten Bosch' (~20 minutes drive). The accomodation was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The accomodation has seen better times and it is a bit worn out and relatively expensive. Parking your car also requires an additional fee.
4,6 Okay
Pros: It was near the shopping area and not too far from train station.. about 5-10 minute ride.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold. There was a typhoon when I was there and the window wasn’t sealed so all night long I heard the wind whistling constantly until the typhoon went away... 2 days worth. I was charged for 2 rooms because my reservations said 2 people even though only it was me. I called to correct it, they did not do that. I will never go back here. It was awful!
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast perhaps.
Cons: Limited on-site parking. Had to park car a couple of blocks away.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lots of bars and burger joints nearby. Safe.

7,5 Good
Pros: Price and staff’s friendliness
Cons: Location
5,4 Okay
Pros: Fantastic breakfast buffet: Japanese and western style 5 stars Location absolutely perfect
Cons: Room service: if you don't put the 'make up room' on your door the room isn't made and you find a bag with fresh towles in front of your room. We found two insect-traps (not empty) and there was a terrible smell in the room and in bath. No cupboard. Bad cleaning of the room: we found several things under the bed (paper, an bag, a sock, a chewinggum etc.)

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Room was cleaned very nicely. Provided with an air purifier and bathrobe. I slept in them no problem. Being close to the bus stop is an extreme plus also.
Cons: Small stuff first, the key is an old cypher lock card key which can cause some trouble in opening the door when your hands are full of groceries. The bathroom is still using tiles. Oh please upgrade your toilet! No matter how much you clean it, the tiles will always look unsanitary. There is a gap between the wall and the bathtub also adding to the "image" of not clean. Room was extremely small. I've stayed at other business hotels and this was amongst the smallest. They also have worn out damaged desk, headboard, and chairs. They do try their best but ultimately the hotel is just desperately in need of a facelift.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the station, city centre and sea. Easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay. Can only recommend!
Cons: -
7,5 Good
Pros: I was a bit pricey for the outdated deco as it was an older hotel. Retro feel should go with retro price.
Cons: They need to update the room. I asked for a non smoking room. It felt like previous occupants must have smoked or it was just the ‘retro 80’s smell in the room. It smelled like grandfather bedroom
6,3 Good
Pros: Central to location and easy to find
Cons: The double bed shoved up against the wall. The decor is dated and generally shabby
6,5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff argued with me for more than 10 minutes, suggesting that I should reserve a bigger and more expensive room because we have a one year old baby with us.
7,9 Good
Pros: Near the station Amenities and staff as you would expect from a business hotel Enough English signs and staff could understand you decently
Cons: Room seemed a little old

5,4 Okay
Pros: The location and cleanliness of the room.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Informative staff
Cons: Location
9,6 Excellent
Pros: kind staff good facilities good location
7,1 Good
Pros: very good. there was a good variety to choose from. Staff was efficient and welcoming.
Cons: Staff could have been a little friendlier and helpful to foreigners.
7,9 Good
Pros: Room is big by Japanese standard. Hotel is just across the “shopping street” (and the market is just 5min walk away), so it is easy to get food in the morning and evening. The hotel is along the main road of Sasebo, so it is very accessible to go to many of the tourist attractions from hotel (by taking the bus). There is no train to the tourist attractions, only bus or taxis... so this hotel is at a fairly good location (but note hotel is still 12min walk away from JR Sasebo station).
Cons: Hotel is about 12 min walk from train station, so if u have huge luggage, just pay 100Y and take a bus to hotel. Kinda pricey considering the hotel is not that new. Maybe they should have included free breakfast to provide better value for the rate charged.
8,5 Excellent
Cons: Bed was not firmed.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Old hotel, condensation on the ceiling due to the ac.
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Overall the food was good. The hotel was fairly modern. The staff however were very clinical and not very helpful to foreigners. They need to be more versed in English in order to help the different nationalities that frequent the area.
Cons: staff could be more friendly and show that they are willing to help.

6,0 Good

Cons: Bathroom is too small.
