Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location as its main strength. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, describing staff as inattentive, unhelpful, or slow to respond. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, old towels, and poor maintenance. Breakfast was generally considered below expectations, with limited variety and poor replenishment. Bed comfort and room conditions were also criticized, with reports of uncomfortable or old mattresses. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel needs major improvements in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
