Parque Balneario Santos By Atlantica Hotels

The Oceanside rooms present a wonderful view of the entire beach area. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar area was a pleasant surprise. The water was warm and the staff friendly. Lastly, the direct connection from the hotel lobby to the shopping mall was a welcomed bonus as well.

Alcoholic drinks in the hotel lobby were outrageously expensive. One commonly found drink was $29.00 usd! This same drink is found for less than $14.00 usd in all other Brazil locations. During check out time clearly ask the attendant to present you the invoice prior to completion of check out. If not done the hotel attendant will close the bill and possibly add extra "fees" without your ability to dispute them. Even the manager would not support a dispute process once closed. The check out process, and how it was handled by the entire hotel staff, so upset me it gained a negative review from me and thus lost my entire company's business in the process. a real shame for an otherwise good hotel.
