Hotel Bahia Del Sol

A BROKEN FIRE DOOR WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN MAGNETICALLY RETRACTED BACKED ONTO OUR HEADBOARD. EVERY TIME SOMEONE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR THE NOISE WAS HORRENDOUS THIS HAPPENED THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, WHEN APPROACHING RECEPTION FOLLOWING OUR FIRST NIGHT OF NO SLEEP THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD US IT JUST HAPPENED, NOT REALIZING WE SPOKE SPANISH ON RETURNING TO RECEPTION THE RECEPTIONIST ENCOUNTERED THE CLEANER , THEY WERE BOTH TALKING IN SPANISH AND THE CLEANER SAID THAT IT HAD BEEN BROKEN FOR AGES AND EVERYONE STAYING IN THAT ROOM COMPLAINED.THE FOLLOWING NIGHT WE WENT TO RECEPTION AGAIN TO BE TOLD MAINTENANCE HAD GONE HOME AND THERE WERE NO MORE AVAILABLE ROOMS. FOR THE 3 NIGHTS WE STAYED AT THE HOTEL WE HAD NO SLEEP

THE NOISE IN OUR ROOM THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, THE FOOD WAS POOR AND THE ENTERTAINMENT NO GOOD

Food is quite good but some days it is just food. Quite close to the beach. No disco close to hotel. Free parking .. Good Bike rental in hotel.

Mold in bathroom. Sanitary ware junks. Needs renovation in rooms - bathroom and in general. Not all rooms offer same seaview. Beds and mattresses are not comfortable at all. If you want to sleep earlier than 23 - forget about it. Too noisy especially if some parties in hotel. Bcz of “seawiew” and windows to the bar/pool. If not all inclusive, be ready to pay even for water during dinner. Wifi in rooms is to be paid additionally. Rooms are quite small.

Pool, bar was nice

Some Staff were burdened by having to take cash for drinks orders behind the bar. To make it worse these individual staff made it obvious about how problematic it was to take a drinks order. Breakfast was mediocre
