Perfect location, very kindly staff and amazing infrastructure (despite the process of renovation and some issues related to it).
Wi-Fi was available only in the hall.

The property was located in the centre of Santa Maria. They cleaned the room and we had clean towels every day. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Loved the breakfast and the service from Anna was great. Went down for breakfast every morning at 9am everything was available and didn't run out of anything, Cereals, eggs however you wanted them endless bread for toast and fresh fruit. The cleaning staff were all great and when I returned to my room everyday it was spotless and just like when I moved in.

This is a really good option if you want to be right by the beach but don't want to be in an all inclusive resort. The beach is literally just 2-3 minutes walk and the shops, bars, and restaurants are all down the road. The breakfast is nice too and I had to check in and out after midnight and the staff were very accommodating.
Wifi only works in the common area, but it's a pretty comfortable place to sit and spend time.
