Pros (+) Perfect match for grown-ups on State Street in Austin. Victorian, main house w/ reception & restaurant, rooms in separate buildings, but faithful, older victorian buildings. Tall rooms, updated baths. Slept in, so it must have been good..
Cons (-) I liked most everything.

Pros (+) Quiet, friendly staff, great accommodations, great Food.
Cons (-) Heater too noisy. But that ok. Dealt with it by turning it off and bundling up.
