Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and good value for money. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, uncomfortable beds, and the level of service, including issues with check-in, staff communication, and lack of amenities. Noise and shared bathrooms were also frequent concerns. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and service.
