One night stay over before heading back to San Fran. Staff were lovely but the floor in the room was dirty and ended up wearing flip flops when walking round. Bedding could have done with a good wash too,

location was convenient for our purposes
power was out for several hours (not the hotel's fault) but no effort was made to offer credits or voucher's for future stays or in anyway to compensate for the disaster.
